In development strategy «Kazakhstan-2030» one of the priorities identified improvement infrastructure, especially the development of transport. For leading transport of the republic – railway means well-time, qualitative and full satisfaction of the requirements public facilities and population in transportation. So we need to strengthen and upgrade all existing technical means of railways, improvement of their capacity to work and reliability, creating new designs.
In the field of road construction is the most responsible turnouts. On the road network JC «NC «CTR» operated by 213 thousand switches, of which 64 thousand in the main roads.
The turnouts are one of most much detailed and complex design of railway track. Reliability and performance of switches significantly affect the integrity of the work of railways.
The Modern designs of ordinary turnouts for some its characteristics do not satisfy the conditions for exploitation of the high cargo lines and have a native defects.
From the foregoing, it is necessary to consider the complex challenges of improving turnout, especially for high cargo lines particularly.
Alongside with the optimization parameters turnout – a corner kick, the radii of wits and conversion curves, design and technical design elements of their current acute problem of stabilization turnouts at high cargo lines. So the reliability and efficiency turnouts at high cargo lines are correct.
The work associated with program development of rail transport of Republic of Kazakhstan on problem 22.00.00 – «Development and introduction resource-saving technologies on the railways in Kazakhstan» with «Strategy of Kazakhstan in 50 competitive countries of the world» and are part of complex action directed on increasing of reliability and efficiency of the elements of the permanent way.
The purpose of the functioning is the development of measures to further improvement element of ordinary turnouts for high cargo lines in plan of the provision stabilities from action of power of the driving away.
For achievement of this purposes in functioning are researched following tasks:
- a designs and character of modern turnouts; – Elastic threads longitude moving rail turnouts type P65, marks 1 / 11, put both on the concrete as well as on the wooden bars;
- power of the pressure force ant creepers on wooden bars within the connective parts turnouts type P65, marks I/II.
The methods of the studies includes a detailed analysis of literary sources, theoretically-accounting studies of basic and applied science of theoretical mechanics and machine elements, oscillation theory, the theory of physical modeling, etc. For processing of experimental and laboratory-bench data used linear programming methods, mathematical statistics and computer calculations.
Scientific novelty of the work is concluded following:
- are designed methods of determining the elastic fibers of the longitudinal movement of rail turnouts.
-are received importance of the of the longitudinal module of elasticity of the rail base within connecting part turnouts of the type P65, mark 1 / 11 for wood and reinforced concrete bars.
-is defined power of the pressure force on the bars of the value of elastic longitudinal moving the rail threads turnouts.
-is offered fight with driving away within turnouts at on high cargo tense lines. On protection are stood following scientific positions:
-Methods of measurement of power of the pressure forces ant creepers on the bars and the value of the longitudinal elastic fibers rail turnouts.
-Development to improve the structures of ordinary turnouts, including a set of measures that would: increase the service life and reliability of the elements of the translation; cut down reduce ongoing maintenance, installation and seize technological change, enlarge the velocities of the motion both on direct, and on the lateral direction.
The concrete offers are offered on fight with driving away within turnouts high cargo lines.
The practical value of the work is to determine the elastic longitudinal movement of rail connecting threads of the switches and values of the longitudinal modulus of elasticity of the rail base within the connective parts of the translation slip-type P65, mark 1 / 11 for wood and reinforced bars and the values of the elastic fibers of the rail threads and the driving away within turnouts on high cargo lines.
