Уважаемые коллеги!

С целью установления и развития прямых деловых и дружеских отношений между российскими и китайскими специалистами в различных областях промышленного производства, сельского хозяйства, финансов, науки, техники и технологий, образования, медицины и культуры Международный Координационный Совет выпускников учебных заведений «ИНКОРВУЗ-XXI» совместно с Государственным бюро КНР по обмену иностранными специалистами реализует в 2010 году программу международных мероприятий по краткосрочному выезду российских специалистов на предприятия КНР для проведения экспертных консультаций, чтения лекций и встречных переговоров с китайскими специалистами, а также участия российских специалистов в международных выставках-ярмарках научно-технических разработок, проводимых на территории КНР. В отдельных случаях предусмотрена возможность работы или долгосрочных стажировок российских специалистов в КНР.

К участию в программе приглашаются признанные российские специалисты со знанием передовых технологий, методов усовершенствования и модернизации организаций и предприятий в современных условиях, обладатели патентов и инновационных методов решения производственных задач. Желательно владение английским (китайским) языком. В отдельных случаях возможно предоставление услуг переводчика. Возраст участников не ограничен. К участию в выставках-ярмарках принимаются оригинальные разработки, которые могут быть предложены к внедрению в КНР.

Условия участия в программе. По представлению МКС «ИНКОРВУЗ-XXI» китайская сторона проводит отбор специалистов, представивших заявки на участие в программе и высылает приглашения для участия в экспертных выездах или выставках-ярмарках. Приглашающая сторона оплачивает участникам программы расходы на международный авиаперелет, внутренние трансферы, проживание, питание и выдает деньги на карманные расходы в период пребывания в КНР. Для участников выставок-ярмарок также предоставляются бесплатные стенды для демонстрации оригинальных разработок. Направляющая сторона оплачивает консульский сбор за оформление визы в Посольстве КНР, медицинское страхование на период пребывания в КНР и организационный сбор за участие в программе.

Приглашаем Вас принять участие в программе, и направляем для рассмотрения заявки китайской стороны на приглашение в 2010 году российских специалистов для краткосрочных выездов в КНР с целью оказания экспертной помощи предприятиям. В Правлении МКС «ИНКОРВУЗ-XXI» также имеются заявки других китайских предприятий и организаций.

After absorption in the human body, fructose metabolizes in the liver, and it has small degree of insulin-dependent, especially crystalline fructose. In the human body, it can promote beneficial bacteria such as Bifidobacterium growth and reproduction, suppress growth of harmful bacteria and improve the human gastrointestinal function and metabolism, lower blood lipids, and reduce the risk of dental caries, so it is the ideal food sweeteners for diabetes, and obese patients and children. At the same time, fructose mixed with other sweeteners such as glucose, sucrose, and aspartame sweetness has the effect of strengthening sweet taste so as to reduce the costs of sweetness of the material. Therefore, the development of the crystallization of fructose and its industrial production are in favor of adjusting the structure of enterprise products and enhancing export capacity.

Although the effect of Halogenated Flame retardants is good, it produces more smoke and more poisonous corrosive gas. European Union has issued On the ROHS, wich pointed out that from 1 July 2006,new electrical and electronic equipment put on the market doesn’t contain lead, mercury, cadmium. hexavalent chromium, PBB or PBDE. Halogen-free flame retardant is the trend of the development of the society. Developing Halogen-free flame retardant ABS is necessary.
Project Goal:	Requests:high efficiency in flame retardant、low recruitment (ensure the proportion of flame retardant materials);good compatibility with ABS resin. difficult precipitation;relatively small influence on the colour of ABS resin(ensure the appearance of flame retardant materials); a litte dependence on processing conditions. Goal:Halogen-free flame retardant must have rigidity ;tensile strength≥30 Mpa（according to the standard of GB/T 1040）,IZOD Notched impact strength≥10KJ/m2,(GB/T1843); Flammability property:1/16＂(1.6mm)vertical flame test should reach UL94-V0 level and have no dripping. Ecommic cost: Compared with traditional bromuted flame retardant ABS materials for special purpose, the increase of the cost of the development of Halogen-free flame retardant ABS won’t exceed 800 yuan per ton.

Project Goal:	1. To produce the chemical 3-chloropyridine by the chlorination of pyridine at the pressent of the catalysts, the main product i. e 3-chloropyridine was formed in a yield above 45% and the total yield of not less than 97%. 2. To produce the chemical 3-chloropyridine and 2-chloropyridine by the ring expansion reaction of pyrrole, 3-chloropyridine was formed in a yield nearly 60% and 2-chloropyridine almost 30%,the total conversion rate of pyrrole is not lower than 95%.

Now we mainly produce and trade in the products such as 2-chloropyridine, 2,6-dichloropyridine and 2,3,5,6-tetrachloropyridine and so on. These products are sold very well all over the world. At present there are 232 employees including 59 engineers and technicians in the Company.

Project Brief:	The Project mainly referred to the process for producing symmetrical tetrachloropyridine by gas phase chlorination of beta-picoline.
Project Goal:	1. A process of producing symmetrical tetrachloropyridine by gas phase chlorination of beta-picoline. 2. The main content by GC is not less than 99%. The yield of main product is more than 90%. 3. The by-product i. e. carbon tetrachloride will be well used to synthesize other chemicals which are useful to industries.
Requirments:	An expert should be proficient in chlorination technique of pyridine or its derivatives and be of rich experience in practical operation. Besides, he or she should have an ability to speak Chinese or English in order to communicate conveniently with us.
