Рассмотрены понятия «техногенные минералы» и «техногенное минералообразование». Представлены различные мнения о данных терминах и рассмотрены проблемы, связанные с генезисом техногенных минералов. Отмечено, что изучение техногенных процессов минералообразования позволяет изучить схожесть и различие с природными процессами.

We learned the notions of the «technogenig minerals» and origin of the «genesis technogenig minerals». It examined different opinions about this terms and some problems, witch connected with there genesis. It mention, that standing of the processes «genesis’s technogenig minerals» help to learn likeness or difference with the natural processes.

Приведены результаты экспериментальных исследований по интенсивности увлажнения элементов напочвенного покрова при воздействии на них струей переохлажденного водяного пара, которые позволили разработать и обосновать новый метод локализации лесных пожаров. Этот метод представляет собой увлажнение элементов напочвенного фитоценоза и одновременный отжиг сухой травы. Результаты полигонных испытаний показали, что скорость создания опорных полос составляет 1,5…2 км/ч.

The result of experimental investigations on the intensity of humidifying the elements of the ground cover, which upon acting on them by the spout of supercooled water vapor, allowed to develop and to justify a new method of localizing the forest fires. This method represents humidifying the elements of the ground phytocenosis and simultaneous annealing of the dry grass. The results of the investigations at the test of laying mineralized strip amounts to 1,5…2 kilometers an hour.
Лупачев приливообразующих сил Луны и Солнца при глобальном мониторинге состояния природной среды
Приливообразующие силы Луны и Солнца – значительные по величине и влиянию абиотические факторы, влияющие на функционирование многих экосистем Земли. Кроме того, эти силы вызывают на Земле ряд неблагоприятных и опасных явлений для человека. Поэтому они должны быть включены в систему глобального мониторинга состояния окружающей среды. Для этого нужно использовать принципы подобия и аналогии ситуаций возникновения сильных или опасных проявлений этого явления. В значительной степени в решении данного вопроса может помочь приводимая таблица приливных лет, встроенная в систему 19-летних циклов Метона.
Lupachev Yu. V. Valuation of tide-generating Moon’s and Sun’s forces in global environment monitoring
Tide-producing forces of the Moon and the Sun – significant on size and influence abiotic factors influencing functioning many ecosystems of Earth. Besides these forces cause on the Earth a number of the adverse and dangerous phenomena for the people. Therefore they should be included in system of global monitoring a condition of an environment. For this purpose it is necessary to use principles of similarity and analogy of situations of occurrence of strong or dangerous displays of this phenomenon. Substantially the resulted table of the tidal years which have been built - in system of 19-years Меthon' cycles can help with the decision of the given question.

Обеспечение селективности термокаталитического сенсора компонентов выхлопных газов
Разработан способ обеспечения селективности термокаталитического определения отдельных компонентов выхлопных газов автотранспорта. При этом обеспечение селективности термокаталитического определения достигается измерением разности термоэффектов окисления горючей смеси, получаемой с двух идентичных чувствительных элементов, работающих при разных температурах. При одной из этих температур окисляется вся смесь горючих веществ, а при другой – смесь без селективно определяемого компонента. По разности термоэффектов судят о концентрации определяемого компонента.

The way of maintenance of selectivity thermocathalytical definition of separate components of exhaust gases of a vehicle is developed. Thus the maintenance of selectivity thermocathalytical definition is reached(achieved) by measurement of a difference thermo effects of oxidation of a combustible mix received from two identical sensitive elements working at different temperatures. At one of these temperatures gets oxidation all mix of combustible substances. And at another – mix without a selectively determined component. On a difference thermo effects judge concentration of a determined component.
Попова технологических параметров аноксидно-оксидной технологии очистки хозяйственно-бытовых сточных вод малых населенных пунктов
Представлены результаты испытаний малогабаритной установки очистки хозяйственно-бытовых сточных вод малых населенных пунктов серии «Капля». На основании исследования закономерностей очистки сточных вод установлены требования к очищаемой воде и оптимальные технологические параметры процесса.

Исследованы взаимосвязи и построены статистические модели регрессионного типа, отражающие зависимость между состоянием зеленых насаждений, уровнем автотранспортных загрязнений и состоянием здоровья населения г. Волгодонска. Произведена оценка качества регрессий и уровня их статистической значимости. Определены направления использования разработанных моделей в целях улучшения санитарно-эпидемиологической обстановки.

The interactions are investigated, and the presence of regression dependences between the green plantations state, the level of vehicular pollutions and the state of the health of the population of Volgodonsk are determined. The estimation of the regressions quality and the level of their statistic importance is done. The directions of the usage of the developed models are determined to improve the sanitary and epidemiologic situation.

Рассмотрены вопросы контроля уровня аэрозольной загрязненности атмосферы над регионами морской нефтедобычи. Предложен метод, позволяющий измерить оптическую толщину аэрозоля в УФ диапазоне, где влияние озона на достоверность результатов измерения нейтрализуется.

In the paper «The new method for measurement of optical depth of aerosol in atmosphere over the sea oil production regions» the questions of control of atmosphere’s aerosol contamination level over the sea oil – gas production regions are considered. The method allowing to measure the optical depth of aerosol in UV band where the effect of ozone layer is revolved has been proposed.
