Задачи:

1.  повторить и систематизировать ранее изученный материал.

2.  развивать все виды речевой деятельности.

3.  формировать лексические и речевые навыки путём повторения материала в разнообразных видах деятельности

4.  развивать положительные личностные качества (ответственность, доброжелательность, чувство взаимопомощи).

5.  воспитывать уважение к культуре своей страны и стран изучаемого языка.

Методы: словесные, наглядно-демонстрационные, практические.

Оборудование: карточки с заданиями, презентация Power Point. Форма: Урок-соревнование.

Ход соревнования.
I. Вступительное слово учителя: 

T: Good afternoon, dear boys and girls! I’m glad to see you! How are you?

II. Мотивационная установка.

T: Тhе topic of our lesson is “Revision”. Now we shall organize a competition called “Travelling to the Englishland” (Слайд 1). Now you’ll have a good opportunity to show your knowledge of the matter by taking part in our competition. I wish you success. Be attentive. Two teams will take part in our game: “Optimists” and “Polyglots”.

T: Who is the captain of the 1st team?

P1: I’m the captain of the team. My name is …

T: Who is the captain of the 2nd team?

P2: I’m the captain of the team. My name is …

Teacher: Thank you very much! And now let’s start our competition. Dear friends, today you are passengers of this train (Слайд 2). We are going to travel to Englishland. The train is leaving. Good voyage! 5 мин.

III. Систематизация знаний учащихся.

Station 1: “Phonetics” (Слайд 3)

Прочитайте слова в транскрипции.
Например: [teibl], [tri:], [plein], [faiv], [ka:], [kait], [fa:m], [bo:l], [blu:], [boks]

Команды читают слова поочередно друг за другом. За каждое правильно прочитанное слово получают 1балл.

Well, now make up sentences and translate them.

Учащиеся получают разрезные карточки со словами. Ребята должны составить предложения. На задание отводится 5 минут. После этого капитаны каждой команды получают лист с ответами и идут проверять друг друга (1,5 мин.). Правильно составленное предложение приносит команде балл.
