Script for school play.

«Mother, dear, Mother!»

Звучит музыка в сопровождении слайд шоу о мамином дне. Все дети сидят за столом и украшают, подписывают открытки. Заходит Таня и спрашивает:

Слайд 1

Tanya – I wonder, what are you doing here?

Nastya B – We are preparing for Mother’s Day. Join us.

Tanya – With pleasure (с этими словами садится за стол и начинает украшать открытки)

Kira – Do you know how people celebrate this holiday in England?

Слайд 2

Lera – I know. I read about it. Mother’s Day is more popularly known as Mothering Sunday. Celebrated on the fourth Sunday of Lent, Mothering Sunday remains a time to pay mothers their due rewards for all their love and encouragement with flowers, candies, cards.

Everybody – It’s interesting! Thank you Lera!

Kira – And what about Russia?

Kate – In Russia we celebrate Mother’s Day on last Sunday of November. This year we will celebrate it on 27th of November. We usually give presents, help our mothers about house. Do everything to show our love to them.

Sveta – Mom tells us about traditions of our family. (Мама 1 рассказывает о традиции своей семьи на русском языке)

Everybody – How interesting it is!

Kira – But we live in Chuvashia. I want to know how we celebrate it in our Republic.

Everybody – I don’t know!

Слайд 4

Nastya – Mom will you tell about Chuvash traditions of celebrating Mother’s Day. (Мама 2 рассказывает на чувашском языке о праздновании праздника)

Everybody – Very good! How interesting it is!

Kira – Let’s sing a song about Mothers (девочки играют на гитаре, а Кира с Катей поют песню «I love you Mommy»)

(Все садятся за стол и начинают рассказывать стихотворение)

Dasha – Who fed me

When I was a child?

Everybody – My Mother!

Nastya S – Who comforted me

In her arms so mild?

Sasha – Who sat and watched my childish head

When I slept in my little bed?

Everybody – My Mother!

Lena – When sickness made my cry in pain,

Who nursed me till I was well again.

Nastya B – Who dressed my little doll so gaily

And taught me songs and games daily?

Tanya – Who rushed to help me when I fell

And always had new stories to tell?

Taras – Everybody likes to play games. Would you like to play games.

Everybody – Yes!!!

Sveta – Our mothers will take part in them (все встают и приглашают мам принять участие в конкурсах. Во время игр звучит мелодия)

Lena – First game! «Find Mother on hands». Children are blindfolded. They need to touch the hands and find mother.

(Дети и их мамы играют некоторое время)

Nastya B – Second game! «Guess where’s your child!». Mothers turned back to your children and children must say a phrase “Happy Mother’s Day”. Mothers must guess, where’s her child.

Everybody – Good Mothers! (все рассаживаются)

Sasha – Make a little box

For your Mother

And fill it

With flowers gay

Then put in a card

Just to say:

Everybody – Happy Mother’s Day!!!

Kate – Each bright flower

Is here to say

My wish for you:

Everybody – Happy Mother’s Day!!!

(Дети дарят подарки членам комиссии и мамам, сидящим в зале. Звучит песня «Keep on dancing»)

Lera – We want to present you the last song «»

(Девочки исполняют эту песню на гитаре, а остальные поют)

1куплет:

Солнечный круг, небо вокруг

Это рисунок мальчишки

Нарисовал он на листке,

И подписал в уголке.

Припев:

Teacher – Thank you for your poems and songs my dear children. I hope that your relatives liked your concert very much. I want you and your Mothers to be happy and healthy.
