With this application we, the undersigned representatives of the company, submit a legally binding contract for participation in the Roadshow and guarantee payment of the ordered exhibition spaces and services.

Transfers between cities, hotel accommodations, breakfast, lunch, dinner, train and air tickets are purchased by the exhibitors themselves or coordinated with the organizers and are paid extra.
Services are not subject to VAT pursuant to Chapter 26.2 of the Tax Code (Simplified Tax System).

Terms of participation and payment
1. An application-agreement is required to be sent to the organizing committee for accreditation as a member of the company. The application must be filled entirely with putting dashes in the columns of not required services, certified with a blue seal and a signature of the director. Changes in the document are not allowed!
2. This application is a summary table of all the orders made by you. Application - agreement stamped and signed by the director or a person authorized to act on behalf of your organization (in electronic or facsimile form) is a financial obligation to pay for those services and acts as a basis for invoice.
3. Minimum number of participants for the event in each city - 10 companies.
4. Submitting an application to the organizing committee of the not-for-profit partnership «Promoting the development of tourism in America," VISIT USA»/ VISIT USA means that the Participant shall pay for ordered services in full. Payment is made within 10 days of the invoice, but not later than 10 working days before the event.
5. The contract cannot be canceled by the customer unilaterally; changes of the agreement issued earlier results in cancellation and completion a new application at prices applicable at the time of submitting the contract.
6. Any additional (technical, marketing and other) services are provided on the basis of separate requests submitted by the Participant on forms provided by the organizer, or on the basis of individually negotiated contracts between them and are paid in accordance with invoices issued separately.
7. ATTENTION! Cancellation policy. In case of refusal to participate after submitting an application form for participation, the Participant must notify the Organizer in written form. The date of the notification shall be the date the Organizer receives a written notice from the Participant. The participant pays the following cancellation penalty:
- refusal to participate later than 30 days before the date of the event - 30% of the sum of the contract;
- refusal to participate 15 days before the event - 100% of the sum of the contract.
8. Organizer's obligations under this Agreement are considered executed since the moment of signing the Work completion certificate. Claims for execution of the Agreement may be lodged to the Organizer within five working days after the last day of the exhibition. In the absence of claims within established by this paragraph period of time, the contract is considered executed duly and entirety, and the Work completion certificate - signed by the Participant.
9. The Participant hereby confirms participation in the exhibition and complies with the requirements of this manual and all rules and regulations (fire safety, sanitary and other regulations) applied on the territory of the exhibition.
