Modern Exhibition centre “KyivExpoPlaza” is located in the Western part of Kyiv (right bank

of the Dnipro River), near to Nyvky metro station (1.5 km from it). The exhibition centre is convenient to get to from any part of the city: from Peremohy Ave., from Koltsevaya Road, from Scherbakova Str.

INVITATION TICKETS TO EXHIBITIONS EVENTS

OFFICIAL RECEPTION

With the view of the international format of EEBC / expoTEL 2012 events, and together with the industry associations and unions, Organizers annually host the Official Reception for the leaders and senior managers of the telecommunication and broadcasting organizations and business companies. The Official Reception is held in one of the most fashionable restaurants in Kiev.

In a festive environment we welcome the leaders of industry associations and unions, members of the state and governmental bodies, directors of the companies. Dress code – black tie.

GALA PARTY INVITATION TICKETS

Following the tradition, Organizers hold Gala dinner in honour of EEBC / expoTEL show opening for the exhibitors and their guests.

It’s a wonderful opportunity to communicate with colleagues, meet new contacts, enjoy beautiful music and excellent food and drinks.

Every exhibitor has the opportunity to organize a corporate seminar (presentation or a special event) in one of the Conference Halls available in the Exhibition pavilion. The information about your seminar (presentation or event) will be included in the conference promotional materials and in the conference program brochure (upon your request), which will be given out to all EEBC / expoTEL 2012 visitors.

The hotel is situated in the building constructed in 1908. The splendor and beauty of the 19th century building, in which the hotel is situated, are restored after the reconstruction, moreover the hotel’s facilities correspond high international standards. The hotel is situated in the center of the city not far away from the metro station Khreschatyk, station Teatralna, and station Leo Tolstoy square, Kiev Shevchenko University, and numerous museums.

The suites are equipped with all facilities, phones, mini bars, air conditioners, internet access, electrical keys, and lock boxes. At the quests’ services are: a restaurant, a bar, four conference halls, business center, car renting service. Fitness club (swimming pool, sauna, gyms), luggage carrying services (while moving in and out of the hotel), and breakfast (buffet restaurant) are included into the rooms’ cost.

The hotel has an air of European comfort, which corresponds to demands of a modern person.

Situated in the center of political and business capital of Ukraine, the hotel gives a view on the historical places of the old city. The hotel is situated not far from the Sofia cathedral, the monastery of Archistratigus Michael and Khreschatyk boutiques, as well 40 km from the state international airport. This new hotel with a glass façade has all modern facilities, such as a business center and 24 hour concierge service. Hyatt Regency Kiev is an ideal hotel for carrying out business and high life events – for these purposes the hotel has 12 functional halls, taking entire space of more than 1000 square meters. Resting possibilities in the hotel include spa, where the quests can enjoy various procedures, and a fitness center with a 25 meter swimming pool, cardio training simulators, saunas and hydro massage baths. Radisson SAS Hotel 4* (25-30 minutes of taxi)

International hotel network Radisson SAS Hotels&Resorts has become the first international giant of the hotel business, which opened its’ hotel in Kiev.

The hotel building has united two houses – numbers 22 and 24, each house having a rich history. In particular in the building 22 once upon a time lived the Talberg family, heroes of “The White Guard” of Bulgakov.

The hotel has 255 rooms; among them 147 are standard, 83 of business class and 22 deluxe suites. The rooms’ interior is performed in three styled – Scandinavian, Italian, and marine. In the hotel two restaurants are open, there is an underground parking, a cigar club, and fitness club and conference halls. The main street of the Ukrainian capital – famous Khreschatyk – is in only few minutes of walking.

All rooms have TV sets with satellite channels, home cinema, modem port, high speed Internet access, lock boxes, press for trousers, espresso machine, electronic kettle with tableware set, a hairdryer.

President Hotel “Kievskiy” 4* (20-25 minutes of taxi)

President Hotel “Kievskiy” is a hotel complex including hotel with 340 room of different class; 2 deluxe restaurants – European and Slavic, a business center, a conference hall for 465 seats, comfortable conference halls and conference rooms; underground open-air parking areas. The hotel is situated on a quiet green hill, giving a view to the central part of the city. The hotel is in 39 km from Borispol airport, 5 km from the railway station, 15 minutes of walk from the center of the city – Independence square, and 5 minutes of walk from the Olympic stadium and The Palace of Sports.

The hotel has 341 room of different class: one and two bed suites, apartments.

In the rooms one can find an air conditioner, mini bar, TV set, radio, telephone, press for trousers, a shower.

The restaurants Kievskiy has European hall (for 220 seats), Slavic (80 seats), banquet rooms (for 10-50 seats), bar “Express”. The hotel has currency exchange offices, various shops, laundry, dry cleaners. There also is a car stock, open air parking and an underground protected garage.

Dnipro Hotel 4* (30-35 minutes of taxi)

The hotel is a part of the elite Trade Leaders club and has the international Golden Star award. The hotel is situated at the European Square, not far away form the state offices and Dynamo stadium, National Philharmonic Society and the Park of 1 of May. For the guests’ services are 24 concierge services, telephone operator, Internet, individual lock boxes, a restaurant, European bar, food serving to the rooms, laundry and other. The breakfast is included in the room’s cost. The Kiev riverside station is at 1 km distance from the hotel.

The nearest metro station (100 meters away) is Maydan Nezalezhnosti (Independence Square).

Perlyna Dnipra (The Dnipro Pearl) 4* (30-40 minutes of taxi)

An elite floating hotel, built in 2003 is situated at the Dnipro near the Post square. Pop diva Alla Pugacheva has stayed here. All suites are of a high comfort level, with air conditioners and satellite tv. Breakfast cost (buffet restaurant) is included in the room’s cost.

The hotel has 33 comfortable rooms, among which are suites, deluxe suites and standard rooms. All rooms have wooden furniture in modern style, big comfortable beds, TV, conditioners, mini bars, lock boxes and telephones, bathes (in deluxe suites there are jacuzzi). Each room has its own style, as well as each quest has his own tastes and preferences. To the quests services are: a wonderful bar and a restaurant (food servicing (lunch, dinner) to rooms), a barbers shop, massage parlour, sauna, gym, dry-cleaners, cloths fixing etc. The hotel has also a conference hall for 40 seats and a conference room for 10 seats, equipped with PCs with Internet access.

Kozatsky 3* (20-25 minutes of taxi)

Kozatskiy hotel is situated right in the center of Kiev in Independence square. The main landmarks are situated next to hotel – Opera Theater, Sofia Cathedral, Mykhaylovskyi Cathedral, Golden Gate, Kievo-Pecherska Lavra, The museum of Ukrainian painting and the main state offices. The hotel has a restaurant, a cocktail bar, internet café, parking. All the rooms have bathrooms, direct telephone lines, color TV sets and refrigerators. Continental breakfast cost is included in the cost of the room.

Khreschatyk 3* (25-30 minutes of taxi)

The hotel situated in the center of the city next to the Ukrainian house, The Cabinet of Ministers, National Bank, Parliament building and Mykhaylovskiy monastery. The last reconstruction of the rooms was made in 2001. For the quests services are: a restaurant, a night club, modern communication devices, satellite TV. There are also modern conference rooms for businessmen. Each room has an air conditioner.

Rus’ 3* (25-30 minutes of taxi)

Rus’ hotel, situated right in the heart of Kiev, artistically unites intriguing European style with the magic of national spirit and is situated a few steps form the famous Khreschatyk. The most of the landmarks and exquisite restaurants are next to the hotel.

The hotel offers to its’ guests food servicing from the restaurant (24 ours), services of laundry and dry cleaners, shoes cleaners, beauty salon, currency exchange, tourist office, car rent, a paid guarded parking, a souvenir shop, business center services.

7 Days Hotel (Rhythm Shopping Mall) 3* (10-15 minutes of taxi)

The 7 Days Hotel is situated at the 4th floor of Rhythm shopping mall. It is a new European level economic class hotel which has 36 rooms. The beautiful interior with pleasant and unexpected colours, non standard approach to its’ style are the characteristics of the hotel of a new format. Infrastructure is a distinctive feature of the hotel – all services of the shopping mall are for you.

Each room has a mini bar, satellite TV, phone line, and Internet access. Deluxe suites have air conditioners, beautiful furniture, and big comfortable beds with orthopaedic mattresses Veneto. The hotel also has a restaurant, a conference hall for 70 seats. One can easily arrive to the hotel by metro (stations Svyatoshyn or Nyvky), light rail train (#1 and #3 parting from the railway station), auto bus or a fixed run taxi (# 413, 69, 82) from the center of the city of from Nyvky or Svyatoshyn metro stations.

Druzhba 3* (20 minutes of taxi)

The cosy and comfortable Druzhba hotel is situated in the picturesque spot of Kiev not far from the Lybid’ river. The main benefits of the hotel are an advantageous location in the business, trading and cultural centre of Kiev – Pechersk district, transportation network and moderate prices.

The hotel Lybid’ was built in 1970 and totally reconstructed in the years . This is a modern seventeen floor building. The windows, especially on the higher floors, give astonishing views of Kiev – of the Victory Square and Shevchenko Avenue, the Opera Theater, Circus, Botanic garden, the central street Khreschatyk and one of the largest shopping malls of Kiev – Ukraina Shopping Mall. The hotel has 276 rooms.

The hotel offers to its’ guests a restaurant, several bars, a business center, conference halls for 100 seats, laundry and dry-cleaners services, food serving to the rooms, beauty salon, sauna. At night the night club with bars, billiard, disco and casino is open. The hotel has 273 rooms, among which 30 are deluxe suites, including three and four room apartments, and a non smoking floor. Tourist 3* (The hotel is located on the left bank, but you can easily get where you need by metro)

The biggest three star hotel complex “Tourist” which gives a wonderful view to the banks of Dnipro and Kiev-Pechersk Lavra, is located on the left bank of Dnipro, not far away from the favorite recreation spots of Kiev residents. The rooms are comfortable and have all facilities (telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator, and bathroom), the prices are moderate. The restaurant of the hotel for 400 seats has a wide range of dishes, alcohol drinks and live music. Here is a friendly atmosphere for friends’ meetings, presentations, stand up parties, anniversary celebrations, and banquets. The comfortable conference halls for 80 and 300 seats can be used for conducting conferences, workshops, seminars, congresses, negotiations, entertainment programs and press conferences, are equipped with all presentation hardware. The hotel is situated near the Levoberezhna metro station, from which you can get to the metro station Nyvki approximately in 30 minutes.

Bratislava 3* (The hotel is located on the left bank, but you can easily get where you need by metro)

The hotel complex Bratislava is a European class hotel. The hotel is located in a picturesque park area, next to the Darnitsa metro station, 10 km from the center of the city. Hydropark – entertainment area with full complex of recreation facilities and sand Dnipro beaches is in two metro stations distance from the hotel. The hotel has a guarded parking. The hotel offers currency exchange office, press kiosk, express bar, beauty salon, a lock box, cash dispenser, a barber’s shop, and casino. The hotel organizes banquets, meeting, and stand up parties. There also is a business center, and a conference hall equipped with all necessary hardware. Lock boxes are for keeping documents and valuable safe. Safety of the guests is guaranteed 24 hours.

The hotel is situated near the metro station Darnytsa, from which you can get to the metro station Nyvki approximately in 30 minutes.

The hotel is located in the business and cultural center of Kiev, near the national sports complex Olympic and the Sports Palace. The hotel has two restaurants, casino, bar and a sauna.

For those who want entertainment there is a casino, bar and two restaurants (halls for 100 and 50 seats with live music). For those who need to relax and regain forces we offer a sauna. A swimming pool is situated 100 meters from the hotel, tennis courts - 500 meters at the territory of the National Sports Complex Olympic. The hotel also has a laundry, a barber’s shop, a medical station, lock boxes and a parking.

The hotel is situated in a green place of Kiev, near the Golosiyiv park and the National Exhibition Center. The windows give a panoramic city and green park view. The hotel offers comfortable one and two bed rooms, deluxe suites, suites and apartments. The rooms are equipped with telephones, satellite TV, refrigerators. There are wonderful conditions for businessmen – for their services are the conference halls, personal computers with Internet access, mail, Xerox and fax.

The hotel accepted its first guests in 1972. The hotel can locate 814 people in its 537 rooms on 16 floors. The standard rooms, at the most moderate price, attract local and foreign visitors as well. The economy class rooms are oriented on businessmen needs, which look for price quality balance. The ameliorated rooms attract those who value comfort.

Hotel services: restaurant, bar, night club, casino, exchange office, cash dispenser, gambling machines, taxi order, guarded parking, cloths fixing, medical aid office, dry cleaners, laundry. Slavutych hotel offers conference hall (for 40 seats) for business negotiations conduction (the hall has a cathedra, a presidium table, flip-chart, a televideo unit).

WE recommend accompanying the layout with a description which should indicate: dimensions, quantity, the material on which the layout is to be printed, the post-printing processing description, and a printout with the layout image.

EXHIBITION SHOW CATALOGUE ADVERT

Requirements:

For “Full page”: Before trimming size: 155 x 210 mm Trimmed size: 145 x 200 mm Text size: 131 х 186 mm

For “half page”: Before trimming size: 155х100 mm Trimmed size: 145х100 mm

Format of the file:

1.	TIFF (*.tif): 300 dpi, CMYK or Grayscale.
2.	Adobe Illustrator EPS (*.eps): versions 8 – CS4. All the texts are provided in graphical layout, in CMYK. Raster images must be scaled between 70% and 110% and must be included into the document (Include Placed Files).
3.	QuarkXPress document (*.qxd): are accepted for PC, versions 3 – 4 (version must be given when transferring a layout). Raster images, used in the artwork must be scaled between 70% and 110%. Font files and image files must be accompanied by.
4.	Photoshop EPS (*. eps): if the publication (in this case - XPress document) used Photoshop EPS, contain the Clipping Path, - such are saved as DCS 1.0 to CMYK 300 ppi (or Photoshop EPS for Grayscale), Encoding: Binary or JPEG Maximum quality, Preview: TIFF (8bits/pixels), DCS: Color composite (72pixel/inch).

Media. The artworks must be submitted on the following media:

NOTE: The file name must begin with the company name (file name should contain only Latin letters!)

The artworks are zipped (WinZIP or WinRAR) into multivolume archive (the size of one volume must not exceed 2 Mb) and sent by the parts (volumes).

NOTE: The advert materials are accepted, after confirmation from Organizers.

All materials should be delivered to Organizers before 10.09.2012!

Costs for air-freighting, copy converting or producing film or special colors are chargeable to the advertiser.
