MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB	To manage all the operational issues for Southern Africa Export
QUALIFICATIONS	-  Matric (Grade 12) -  Relevant post-matric certificate or studying towards a Logistics / Supply chain will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE	-  Must have at least 5 years Logistics / Supply chain manager -  Experience in export logistics will be an advantage
CLIENTS	Internal: -  KAMs -  PMs of Southern Export team	External: -  All the customers who is buying from Southern Africa export team
KPA / MAJOR TASKS (Max 5)	1.  Weekly & Monthly Closing 2.  KPI (AP1 FA, AP2 FA, SCI, Over RTF) 3.  Weekly billing report 4.  Order Processing management 5.  Trouble shooting on any operation related issues
Other Key Activities	·  Factory & customer communication ·  Credit status monitoring ·  Stock management ·  SMS management ·  PSI management ·  Billing monitoring ·  Sales sheet & Matching table management ·  GR & GI status Management ·  Customer progress updates ·  Allocation file management ·  Booking schedules for shipment ·  Shipping documents management ·  Loading simulation
