OBI стала арендатором БЦ «Линкор»
Компания OBI арендовала 5, 5 тыс. кв. м офисных помещений (с 7 по 9 этаж) в бизнес-центре класса А «Линкор». Арендный договор заключен на пять лет. Консультантом сделки выступила компания S. A. Ricci. Переехать в новый офис OBI планирует в феврале 2012 г.
«Сделка с OBI шла долго даже по меркам западных арендаторов, OBI очень тщательно проверяли здание, качество строительства, документы и контракты. Мы рады, что в итоге компания приняла решение заключить договор аренды, это для нас является подтверждением отменного качества проекта, - говорит Павел Яншевский, партнер S. A. Ricci. - Линкор» является одним из немногих качественных бизнес-центров, расположенных в престижном районе с хорошей транспортной доступностью. На сегодняшний день в проекте реализовано более 70% площадей. Тем не менее, пока есть возможность арендовать как площади с отделкой, так и без».
Арендаторами БЦ «Линкор» также являются компании O'STIN (8 тыс. кв. м), Rittal (занимает площадь 1500 кв. м), «Чистый Кристалл» (1 тыс. кв. м), Fuchs Oil (700 кв. м), Sodexo – 1400 кв. м и др.
Бизнес-центр "Линкор", расположенный на , введен в эксплуатацию в феврале 2011 года. Девелопер – компания Brycetown. Общая площадь офисного комплекса составляет 63 тыс. кв. м, арендуемая – 31 тыс. кв. м. Офисные площади расположены на 2-15 этажах. БЦ "Линкор" состоит из двух зданий и подземного паркинга на 455 машиномест. Фасад БЦ "Линкор" облицован современными материалами и декорирован стеклянными витражами. "Меланжевый" эффект, придавая объекту неповторимый внешний вид.
На первом этаже бизнес центра располагаются торговые помещения, помещения под шоу-румы с высотой потолков 6 м. Офисная часть комплекса оснащена столовой для сотрудников компаний-арендаторов. На территории офисного комплекса располагаются также фильмотека и комфортабельный просмотровый зал.
"Линкор" расположен в престижном районе с удобной транспортной доступностью. У БЦ "Линкор" есть быстрый доступ к Ленинградскому проспекту, Хорошевскому и Звенигородскому шоссе, Третьему транспортному кольцу.

The “Linkor” business center is located on 12 Aviakonstruktor Mikoyan Street. It was commissioned in February of 2011. Brycetown company is the developer. The total area of the office complex is 63 thousand square meters, 31 thousand square meters of which are used for lease. Office space is available on floors 2 through 15. The “Linkor” business center consists of two buildings and underground parking for 455 cars. The facade of The “Linkor” BC is faced with modern materials and decorated with stained-glass windows. The “Melange” effect gives a unique appearance to the object.
The ground floor of the business center holds commercial and showroom premises with ceiling heights of 6 m. Office area of the complex features a cafeteria for the leaseholder’s employees. There are also film library and a comfortable viewing room on the territory of the office area.
