Инструкция по использованию
Назначение:
Изготовление индивидуальных ложек для слепков и базисных пластин в полном протезировании.
Свойства:
- Стабильные размеры
- Лёгкая адаптация
Пропорции замеса:
С дозировочными приспособлениями:
1 дозировочная ложка = 24-26г
1 дозировочный цилиндр = 6 мл
Этого количества хватит для изготовления
одной ложки.
Обработка:
- Высушенные модели окунуть на 5 мин. в тёплую воду.
- Гипсовые поверхности изолируют альгинатным изолирующим средством
FuturaSep Plus (фирмы Шютц-Дентал).
- После добавления порошка в жидкость
TрейAкрил 86 хорошо перемешивается шпателем в ёмкости для замеса (не использовать фарфоровые ёмкости!) на протяжении 30 сек.

- Через ок. 30 сек. материал теряет свою липкость.
- Пластиковое тесто раскатывается в пластину и наносится на гипсовую модель.
- Излишки материала убираются на фазе пластичности.
Полимеризация:
Время полимеризации при комнатной температуре составляет ок. 10 мин. (Не использовать приборов для полимеризации под давлением).
Указания по ремонту:
TрейAкрил 86 может использоваться для ремонта. Перед нанесением тестообразной пластмассы поверхность излома загрубить, почистить и увлажнить мономером. Время полимеризации при комнатной температуре составляет ок. 10 мин. (Не использовать приборов для полимеризации под давлением).
Хранение:
Хранить при комнатной температуре, ca. 21°C. Придерживаться сроков хранения.
Важно:
При отклонении от комнатной температуры 23°C: Более высокая температура сокра-щает, более низкая продлевает время обработки.
Форма поставки:
Порошок по 500 г, 1000 г. Жидкость по 250 мл, 1000 мл. Цвет: белый, оранжевый.
Предостережение:
Избегать контакта кожи с неполиме-ризированным материалом и вдыхания. По истечению срока годности не использовать.
Утилизация:
Порошок можно утилизировать с обычным мусором. Жидкость утилизируется со специальным мусором.
Побочные действия:
При надлежащей обработке и применении нежелательные побочные действия этого медицинского продукта не проявляются. Но имму-нореакции (напр., аллергия) или местный дискомфорт полностью не исключаются. Просим сообщать нам о случаях появления побочных действий (даже в сомнительных случаях).
Противопоказания
При повышенной чувствительности пациента к одному из компонентов не используйте продукт или используйте под строгим наблюдением лечащего врача/стоматолога. Стоматолог должен обращать внимание на известные (перекрёстные) реакции и взаимодействия медицинского продукта с уже находящимися во рту веществами.
Совет:

Instructions
Cold curing resin for making special trays, base plates and keys arrangements. Also suitable for template and preforming plate technique.
The material shows absolute stability of shape. It can be easily adapted.
Mixing Ratio
Use dosing utensils supplied with the material: 1 measuring spoon = 24-26 grams 1 measuring cylinder = 6 ml
Free proportioning ist not recommended. This quantity is sufficient for making one tray.
Mix powder/liquid thoroughly in a beaker with a spatula for about 30 sec. After 30 sec. the dough is formed by hand to make a flat plate.
Important
Don't use pocelain beakers!
Clean metal instruments immediately after use!
Isolate working models with FuturaSep Plus from Schutz-Dental by using fine hair brush. Very dry plaster models should be soaked 5 minutes in handwarm water.
Apply flat dough to model. Excess at border can be removed at plastic phase.
The material stays in position and does not lift off the model.
Leave for 10 min. at room temperature. Do not use a water bath. Do not use a pressure unit.
TrayAcryl 86 can be finished easily, trims off with minimum dust (non-static chipping). Use Schutz-Dental Macro Carbide Cutters (cross cut) with no pressure.
Colour:
pink, orange, white-opaque.
Side-effects:
With proper use of this medical device, unwanted side-effects are extremely rare. Reactions of the immune system (allergies) or local discomfort, however, cannot be ruled out completely. Should you learn about unwanted side-effects - even if it is doubtful that the side-effect has been caused by our product - please kindly contact us.
Contra-Indicationslinteractions:
lf a patient has known allergies against or hypersensitivities towards a component of this product, we recommend not to use it or to do so only under strict medical supervision. In such cases, we will supply the composition of our medical device upon request. The dentist should consider known interactions and crossreactions of the product with other materials already in the patient's mouth before using the product.
Note:
Please supply the dentist with the above information, if this medical device is used to produce a special model. Please also consider the safety data sheets.
Istruzioni diiso
Resina autopolimerizzante per la costruzione di impronte su cucchiai individuali, base plate e nella protesi totale.
TrayAcryl 86 non dimonstra assolutamente nel tempo cambiamenti forma ё fecilmente addat-tabile.
Proporzioni di miscelazione
Nel pacco originale sono contenuti un cucchiaio ed un bicchierino per la miscelazione. 1 cucchiaio = 24-26 gr. 1 cilindro = 6 ml
Questi quantitativi sono sufficenti per la costruzione di un cucchiaio. Una dosatura libera ё sconsigliabile.
Polvere e liquido vengono ben miscelati nel mortaio. Dopo ca. 15 secondi questo impasto viene formato a forma di disco con le mani.
Attenzione
Non usare contenitori in porcellana per la mice-lazione, strumenti in metallo dovranno essere puliti subito dopo la lavorazione.
Isolare i modelli, modelli in gesso molto essicati dovranno essere bagnatiin acqua tiepida.
Vi consigliamo il prodotto FuturaSep di Schutz-Dental. Lfsolante dovrebbe essere applicato con un pennello molto fine.
Questo impasto a forma di disco ben lavorato con le mani dovra adesso essere applicato sul modello Eccessi o bordi possono essere tagliati ancora nella fase di plastificazione. TrayAcryl 86 rimarra immobile senza alcun arrotodamento e rialzo die bordi.
Lasciare indurire il lavoro per ca. 10 minuti a temperatura d'ambiente, nessun bagno nell'acqua, non serve la pentola a pressione.
Con la fresa Macro incrociata di Schutz-Dental si ottiene una semplice e veloce lavorazione.
Colori disponibili:
arancio o rosa.
Effetti collaterali:
Effetti collaterali indesiderati di questo prodotto medicale sono estremamente rari quando il prodotto ё lavorato e utilizzato nel modo corretto. Reazioni immunitarie (per es. allergie) o sensazioni spiacevoli locali non possono comunque essere escluse completamente. Nel caso Lei venga a conoscenza di effetti collaterali indesiderati La preghiamo di informarci, anche in caso di dubbio.
Controindicazioni / Reazioni:
In caso di ipersensibilita del paziente contro uno dei componenti, il prodotto non deve essere piu usato, o usato sotto stretto controllo del medico/dentista curante. In questi casi ё possi-bile ottenere, su richiesta, la composizione dei nostri prodotti medicali. Reazioni conosciute del prodotto con altri materiali gia presenti in boc-ca devono essere valutate dal dentista prima dell'uso.

TrayAcryl ё facilmente limabile ed ё un prodotto che non polverizza ma si depone sul tavolo.
Mode d'emploi
TrayAcryl 86 est une resine autopolymerisante pour la confection de porteempreintes indivi-duels, de plaques base et de bases de montages pour les travaux prothetiques. Cette resine se modele tres bien, et s'applique parfaitement sur toutes les surfaces. Elle n'occasionne aucun retrait lors de la prise.
Proportions de melange
L'emballage original contient un doseur, afin d'employer au mieux TrayAcryl 86. 1 doseur pour la poudre = 24-26 g 1 doseur pour le liquide = 6 ml
Cette quantite est suffisante pour realiser un porte-empreinte. Nous deconseillons un melange approximatif.
Utilisation
1 Le liquide et la poudre sont melanges ener-
giquement pendant 30 secondes.
2 Apres 30 secondes, le melange ainsi obtenu
"ne colle plus" et peut etre travaille, il est
modele en Forme de plaque.
Les hautes temperatures de la piece accelerent la prise, alors que les temperatures plus basses prologent le temps de prise.
Proportions de melange
L'emballage original contient un doseur, afin d'employer au mieux TrayAcryl 86. 1 doseur pour la poudre =g 1 doseur pour le liquide = 6 ml
Cette quantite est suffisante pour realiser un porte-empreinte. Nous deconseillons un melange approximatif.
Important
Ne pas utiliser des pots de melange en porce-
laine.
Apres leur utilisation les instruments metalliques
doivent etre soigneusement nettoyes.
Les modeles sont isoles, lorsqu'ils sont entiere-
ment secs, il faut les tremper dans un bain d'eau
tiede 5 minutes.
Nous conseillons I'isolant FuturaSep Plus de
SCHUTZ-DENTAL.
Cet isolant doit etre applique avec un pinceau a
poils fins.
TrayAcryl 86 epouse parfaitement le relief du
modele, cette resine ne se deforme pas au
modelage, meme au niveau des bords.
TrayAcryl 86 se travaille tres bien a I'aide d'une
preforme pour realiser les portespreintes ou par
modelage manuel.
La resine durcit naturellement a I'air libre, elle ne
necessite aucun traitement de bain d'eau ou de
polymerisaton dans un appareil.
TrayAcryl se meule tres facilement sans se defor-
mer.
Avec la fraise en carbure de tungstene dentures
croisees Forte de SCHUTZ-DENTAL, on obtient
sans exercer de pression sur la piece a main, un
travail de meulage soigne et rapide.
Teintes:
rose, orange, blanc opaque.
Effets secondaires:
Des effets secondaires indesirables imputables a ce dispositif medical ne sont a redouter que dans de tres rares cas si la mise en ceuvre et l'u-tilisation sont correctes. Bien qu'en principe des reactions de type immunitaire ( par ex. allergies) ou des irritations locales ne se produisent pas, celles-ci ne sont neanmoins pas totalement a exclure. Si des reactions secondaires indesirables meme non evidentes vous sont signalees, nous vous prions de nous en informer.
Contre-indications / interactions:
Le produit ne doit pas etre utilise ou utilise uni-quement sous surveillance stricte assuree par un medecin/chirurgien-dentiste chez les patients presentant une hypersensibilite a l'un de ses composants. Dans ce cas, la composition du produit fourni par nos soins sera communiquee sur demande. Pour l 'utilisation, le chirurgien-dentiste doit tenir compte des reactions ou interactions eventuellement deja signalees ent-re ce dispositif medical et d'autres materiaux presents en bouche.
Remarque:
