по теме:

“Happy Birthday.”

Цели урока:

1. Формирование речевых умений и навыков.

Обобщение и систематизация знаний по теме “Happy Birthday”;

Контроль лексических знаний при помощи компьютерных технологий.

2. Развитие коммуникабельности; способности к догадке;

3. Воспитание интереса к традициям другого народа.

Оборудование: компьютерная презентация «Традиции», компьютерная программа 'English for children' (месяца), интерактивная доска; аудиокассета, магнитофон.

Ход урока.

  I.  Организационный момент.

1.Приветствие и сообщение целей урока.

T: - Good morning boys and girls.

- I’m glad to see you.

- How are you today?

-I’m fine, thanks.

Say “Hello” to each other, ask “How are you today?”

-Today we are having a birthday party. Tell me, please: What is “birthday party” in Russian?

- Мы сегодня будем праздновать день рождение.

2. Слово учителя:

- Но сначала скажите мне, вы хотите узнать, как празднуют день рождение в Великобритании.(презентация)

1. - Open your books at page 26, listen and read the chant “My birthday’s in December”

2. -And who learnt this chant by heart? Please, let’s listen. (послушать 2-3 уч)

III.  Активизация лексики и устной речи

1. Повторение названий месяцев года

- Look at the board and name the months of the year, repeat after me. (January, February)

- Read them, please. (послушать 2-3 уч)

- And now put these months in the right order. /слайд 1 /

- Read them, please. (all together)

-Write the missing letters

2. Работа в парах у доски

Tell me, please: - When’s your birthday? (повторит 2-3 р)

T: Ask your friend: - When’s your birthday? And match his/her photo with his/her month.

P 1: - When’s your birthday? P 2: - It’s in May. /в парах у доски//слайд 2 /

3. Песня. Прослушивание песни и работа с текстом песни. (Ex 2 p 30)

- And now turn to page 30 listen to the song and say

T: - What presents would the girl like for her birthday?

P: - She would like a CD, a bike, a book, a kite, a video cassette, a cuddly and fluffy pet.

- Sing the song

4. Работа по цепочке

And now tell me please:

T: - What would you like for your birthday?

P 1: - I’d like a skateboard.

P 1: - What would you like for your birthday?

P 2: - I’d like a cat.

5. Работа с рисунками и предложениями

T: -And now let’s get ready for the birthday.

T: - Look at the board and say:

-What do we do at a birthday party? /слайд 3/

P: - We blow the candles out.

/sing “Happy birthday to you”, tell jokes, dance to the music, take goodie bag/

-Look at the board and read these sentences after me. /слайд 4/

-Match the sentences with the right picture. /слайд 4/ (читают по одному предложению и соединяют)

- Read them once more. /слайд 4/

6. Микродиалог

T: - Look at the board and read these sentences. /слайд 5/(хором)

-Put these sentences in the correct order and make the conversation.

-Read this dialogue.(all together)

-Act out the dialogue. (послушать 2-3 пары)

Физкультминутка. Let’s sing the song.

IV.  Компьютерная игра-тест. /месяца/

-  Go to the computers.

V. Ролевая игра “Birthday party”

T: - And now look at the board and tell me: /слайд 2/

- Whose birthday is in November?

-Let’s celebrate Alina’s Birthday. We’ve got some presents and birthday cards for her.

1. - Give your presents. /дети читают открытки и дарят подарки/

2. - Children, tell me, please: What’s this? It’s a cake. It’s a birthday cake.

Alina has the birthday cake for us.

- How old are you, Alina?

- How many candles are on the cake? There are nine candles.

- Alina, blow the candles, please.

3. And now let’s sing the song “Happy Birthday”.

4. Let’s play. Our first game - “Pass the parcel” /слайд 6/
