Инструкция по выполнению работы
На выполнение работы по английскому языку отводится 1 час (60 минут). Задание №1 требует прочтения текста с последующим переводом. Далее следует ответить на вопросы. Ответы оцениваются в два балла. В задании № 2 необходимо выбрать правильный вариант. Текст заданий не переписывается, указывается только номер задания.
Советуем выполнять задания в том порядке, в котором они даны. Для экономии времени пропускайте задание, которое не удается выполнить сразу, и переходите к следующему. Если после выполнения всей работы у Вас останется время, Вы сможете вернуться к пропущенным заданиям.
Баллы, полученные Вами за выполненные задания, суммируются. Постарайтесь выполнить как можно больше заданий и набрать наибольшее количество баллов.

Задание №1. Read the text and decide if the sentences True (T) or False (F).
Dolphins are mammals. They have babies and feed them on milk. Dolphins are not fish, but they live in water. They can swim very well. They haven't got legs. They've got grey skin and a big smile. They've also got fins and a tail to help them swim. They weigh from seventy to five hundred kilos.
Dolphins are very intelligent animals. They can easily learn how to play games and are friendly to people.
Dolphins live in warm seas in many different parts of the world. They live in small groups and they eat fish. They live for about fifty years.
Penguins lay eggs and they've got wings, so they are like other birds, but they can't fly! They can swim very well, though. They are black and white, and they've got small wings, very short legs and a short tail. They've also got thick feathers to keep them warm in cold water. They weigh about twenty kilos.
Penguins look funny when they walk. However, when they are in the water, they swim like fish.
Penguins live on the ice of Antarctica and in the sea around it. They live in big groups and they eat fish. They live for about twenty years.
