Аккредитационная форма должна быть заполнена каждым представителем СМИ. Внештатные журналисты и фотографы обязаны приложить письмо от редактора. Обратите внимание, что во время Олимпийского сезона от одного информационного агентства ожидается не более одного корреспондента и одного фотографа. Формы, поступившие после даты окончания приема заявок, будут рассматриваться при наличии мест.

I am fully aware and understand that for legal and contractual reasons neither the Event Organizing Committee nor the International Skating Union (ISU) can allow the use of any video or audio recorded material other than for editorial purposes. This will exclusively be in the form of an interview in the press conference room or in an interview in a non restricted area arranged by me by contacting the relevant Team Leader. I understand that filming in the mixed zone during training sessions, in the warm up area or in the training or main arena is not permitted.

In special cases the ISU Media Team might provide written consent for filming in the mixed zone, for a maximum of 90 seconds per athlete. No filming of any part of the performance or competition on ice will be permitted. All special permissions must be obtained in advance from the ISU Media Team, a copy of the letter must be presented whenever asked during the Championships, otherwise access cannot be guaranteed.

I hereby confirm that I will only record interviews in the press conference room or with special permission from the mixed-zone of no more than 90 seconds time per athlete and I will not record or film any other performance of any ISU Event or Championships. Furthermore, I fully understand that should I, or any party I represent, transgress any of the conditions mentioned above, I will be excluded from the ISU Event, my accreditation will be confiscated and legal actions may be taken against me and the organization I represent.

ISU Event: Samsung ISU World Cup Short Track

I am fully aware and understand that for legal and contractual reasons neither the Event Organizing Committee nor the International Skating Union (ISU) can allow the use of moving images or audio coverage of its events on any television channel, radio station or internet site. For this reason, no video, moving images, or a series of single pictures or images that resemble video or moving pictures and/or audio coverage from within the venue of any ISU Event or Championships will be permitted. Media organizations may feature still pictures (photo images) on their internet sites provided such pictures are not animated by any effect or “rotated” in such a way as to be sequential.
