The project is assuming complex of consumer services: services of retail trade, public catering (service of a bar and restaurant), sports-entertaining services (a children's game store, billiard, the sports center). The basic specialization of the center in retail trade - the goods for rest, souvenir production.

Realization of the given project will allow to organize a new trade and entertaining center with a large complex services. That in turn will allow to involve in district additional quantity tourists, to create 41 workplaces, will allow to organize a uniform complex of the interconnected services for rest and entertainments, economic preconditions for development of an infrastructure of adjoining territories and receipts of tax payments in all levels of budgetary system of the Russian Federation.
