The investment project assumes construction of a hotel complex with socially-business centre in a Yeisk on 25 rooms, objects of public catering (cafe-bar, restaurant), a conference hall, office premises

Realization of the given project will allow to organize a new business centre in a segment of tourist branch «business tourism» with a uniform complex of the interconnected services for rest and business, to involve in city additional quantity tourists, to create 36 workplaces, economic preconditions for development of an infrastructure of adjoining territories and receipts of tax payments in all levels of budgetary system of Russian Federation.
