* An amount of subsidies to be granted from federal budget on co-financing for Venues shall be specified under agreement between Administration for Krasnodarskaya Area and Federal Road Agency.

** Co-financing arrangements shall be made at the expense of subsidies from the Federal Budget, the amount of which shall be specified between Administration of Kranodarsky area and the Russian Federation Regional Development Ministry with the Budget allocations and Limits under the Budget commitments that provided for such purposes under Summary Plan of spending from the Federal Budget at relevant level to be addressed to the Russian Federation Regional Development Ministry.".
