AMENDMENTS

that shall be introduced to the Russian Federation Government’s decree No.991 dated 29 December 2007.

1.  To add the Clause 3 after the words "housing - communal facilities" by the following words "except for granting permissions to build and put into operation the federal car roads that shall be constructed by Federal Road Agency".

2.  To state the Program on construction of Olympic Venues and development of Sochi city as a mountain climatic resort as approved by mentioned Decree in the following wording:
