1.1. On microfinancing.

In 2012 RF PSME issued 174 loans (in 2loans) to the amount ofthousand rubles (in 2thousand rubles). The average duration of the loan was 341 days, surpassing the figure for 2011 on 24 days, the average loan size in 2012 comparing to the same period of 2011 increased by 80.3 thousand rubles and comprised 329.3 thousand rubles.

Average interest rate on issued loans comprised 12.67% (in 2%).

In 2012 provision of micro-loans in the framework of the republican target programme "Development of small and medium enterprises in the Republic of Mari El in 2" (hereinafter - the Programme) RF PMSE granted 2 470, 0 thousand rubles from the republican budget of the Republic of Mari El (Contract from April 27, 2012 № ) and 9 880, 0 thousand rubles from the federal budget (Contract from 19 October 2012 № ).

Capitalization of microfinance portfolio as of January 1, 2013 wasthousand rubles (as at 1 January 2thousand rubles).

In 2012 by RFPSME was carried out rating estimation with the involvement of the rating agency "Expert RA", assigned rating of reliability to the microfinancial organization B + +. mfi «Acceptable level of reliability".

1.2. On the granting of warranties (guarantees).

For 2012, in the framework of the development of system of collaterals for guarantees by RFPMSE were granted 41 warranties (guarantees) to the amount ofthousand rubles (in 2warranties (guarantees) to the amount ofthousand rubles).

As part of development of collaterals for guarantees in 2012 RFPSME interacted with 7 partner banks.

For granting of warranty (guarantee) in 2012 RFPMSE received remuneration of 2 640.7 thousand rubles (in 2thousand rubles), income from the placement of funds in bank deposits amounted to 7 308.9 thousand rubles (in 2thousand rubles). Amount of remuneration in 2012 was 0.5 and 1.0% per annum.

In 2012 RFPMSE worked with debtors in the framework of these agreements, according to the results of which was rendered the judgment about recovery with "Prod-Union" debt in favour of RFPSME.

With respect to Ltd "Auto Service Centre" necessary documents have been submitted to the court. The decision of court is being expected.

In 2012, for the provision of warranties (guarantees) within the framework of Programmes RFPSME were provided 6 161.5 thousand rubles from the republican budget of the Republic of Mari El (contracts from April 27, 2012 № and from July 26, 2012 № ) andthousand rubles from the federal budget (contract from 19 October, 2012 № ).

Capitalization of the guarantee fund as of January 1, 2013 amounted to thousand rubles (as at 1 January 2thousand rubles).

The total limit of warranties (guarantees), set on the banks-partners of the Fund, amounted to thousand rubles.

1.3. About arrears.

As of January 1, 2013 arrears amounted to 1 166.3 thousand rubles. The share of arrears in the capitalization of microfinance portfolio in the reporting period amounted to 2.1% (in 2%).

In 2012 by RFPSME was done the work on levy of overdue debts from borrowers, as a result of which was recovered 841.0 thousand rubles (in 2thousand rubles).

In 2012 RFPSME compiled 10 claims, filed 3 statements of claim, took part in 13 court sessions.

In the framework of handling the work on recovery of overdue arrears by the way of recourse from debtors Banks, RFPSMP compiled 5 claims, submitted 2 statements of claim, took part in 1 court session.

1.4. On performance of estimate of income and expenses.

Following the results of activities of RFPSME in 2012 income amounted tothousand rubles, estimate of incomes made ​​by 101.7%, operating expenses amounted to 5 146.5 thousand rubles, estimate of expenditure made ​​by 86.9%.

Profit of fund inclusive of revenues, received from the investment funds of guarantee fund amounted to 7269, 63 thousand rubles, which is 2.3% below the planned value.

According to the balance sheet of the fund for 2012 balance assets amounted to thousand rubles (in 2thousand rubles).
