The content of the event (topicality)

Priority areas of technological development (technological platforms, TP) were selected in order to ensure the implementation of a comprehensive long-term program of development of the Russian Federation until the year 2020 (CLD-2020). One of these platforms is the “National Software Platform” (NSP) TP. Like other TPs, NSP TP is an instrument for innovative development. Significant intellectual and innovative capacity of NSP TP participants is concentrated in St. Petersburg. A year after the approval of the “List of Priority Technological Platforms”, problems and prospects became clear; experience to be discussed is gained; and therefore the opportunity of an open discussion of the experience, existing problems and prospects is considered important.

· Place of the "National Software Platform" Technological Platform among Russian technological platforms

· Innovative components of the "National Software Platform" Technological Platform

· Elements of the "National Software Platform" Technological Platform based on the free software (FS) 

· Stages of implementation of the "National Software Platform" Technological Platform projects

· Protection of intellectual activity results when developing solutions within the "National Software Platform" Technological Platform

The expected result (signing a document, adoption of the resolution, search of partners, certification, etc.)

Involvement of interested organizations among customers and software developers in the activities of NSP TP.

Adoption of a resolution which includes measures for development of the software industry in the Russian Federation, governmental support for participants of the NSP TP.
