Today I would like to tell about one popular salad in *****ssian people prepare it for different holidays.
It is “Mimosa”
You need
1 tin of saury
300 gram of cheese
1 carrot
1 onion
1 apple
3 eggs
3 potatoes
2 cups of mayonnaise
2 sprigs of parsley or dill
salt and pepper to taste
You have to wash the onion, potatoes and carrot.
Then you need to boil potatoes, carrot and eggs.
Separate egg-whites and yolks.
Chop the potatoes, onion, apple, eggs, carrot, saury.
Put the ingredients to the plate:
egg-whites, mayonnaise, saury, onion, mayonnaise, potatoes, apple, mayonnaise, carrot, mayonnaise, yolks.
Add some salt and pepper to taste.
Decorate your salad with parsley or dill.
The plate with the salad put in to the fridge for 40 min.
