Cost of room accommodation is indicated per 1 (one) night. Room cost includes VAT, breakfast and 5% discount for conference delegates. Time of check-in – 14:00, time of check-out – 12:00 (midday).

Terms of cancellation: In case of cancellation of already paid room in 7 (seven) days before the date of arrival, it will be necessary to pay penalty 100% for the first night in the reserved room. Late check-in and early check-out are not refunded.

TRANSFER RESERVATION (Simferopol-Alushta-Simferopol)

Reservation should be guaranteed by payment (credit card, bank transfer)

Car – 1150 UAH.

Place in minivan – 460 UAH.

Minivan transportation is valid only for delegates arriving with the air-flight SU135 (date - 28.09.11) and departing with air-flight SU136 (date - 01.10.11).

The minivan will be driven in 3 hours before the air-flight departure and in 2 hours before the train departure!
