Participation conditions:

2.1. Registration fee from the company - 300 € (badges, distributing the information about the company in the official exhibition catalogue, 1 copy of the catalogue, exhibition advertisement, presence of 1 exhibition member on dinner, taking part in business program, package of informational documents, providing exhibition members with diplomas).

2.2. Area for rent (min. 4 sq. m.) – expenditures connected with the stand construction, exhibition protection in non working hours, table, 2 chairs, carpet, wastebasket, cleaning).When 6 sq. m. the frieze panel production with company name is included into the service above.

2.3. Distant participation – 500 € (company information in the official exhibition catalogue, advertisement positioning at the distant participation stand).

2.4. Extra charges (from the exhibition area price).

Extra charge selection of the stand, for the corner and central stand – 20%.

2.5. Sales (from the exhibition area price).

Exhibitors, who take a part in all exhibition - fairs – 20%.

Exhibitors, who take more than 10 sq. m – 5%.

Members of the association of "Professional Participants of the Market of Real Estate of Republic of Bashkortostan", the Union of Builders, the Russian Society of Appraisers, Noncommercial Partnership «Community of Experts-appraisers «СМАО» and Noncommercial Partnership «Community of Estimation companies «СМАО» - 5%.

Exhibitors, who take a part for the first time – 5 %.

Sales aren’t summarized.

3. Organizer duties

3.1. The Organizer provides Exhibitor with the services in accordance with the paying made.

4. Organizer rights

4.1. If the Exhibitor does not use his stand the Organizer has a right to use free stand at his own option. Payment returns are not valid.

5. Participant duties

5.1. The Exhibitor who does not inform the Organizer about his refusal to take part in exhibition within 10 days is considered to be an exhibition member and should pay for his participation.

5.2. The participant is obliged to follow fire regulation and labor protection demands, he is responsible for regulations abuse. In case of damage or losing exhibition appliance provided by the Organizer the Exhibitor covers damages to the extent of repair.

6. The participant is obliged to make payment according to the p. 1.1. of the contract-application on prices for the 1 sq. m. corresponding to payment day.

7. In case of a non - payment till the 1st of November, 2011 according to p. 1penalty is charged at the amount of 0, 1 % per every day of delay from the contract total sum - demands.

8. In accordance with the p. № 000 of Civil Code of the Russian Federation the contract-application is considered the signified by the way using faximalize a signature and seal with the help of fax telecommunication lines.
