Qualifications BA Hons. Warwick, Cambridge DELTA. Key Projects Writing Developing a blended Presentation Skills course with asynchronous on-line trainer support. For a tertiary institute in Kuwait, a range of General, EAP and ESP courses to include a two-level grammar course, English for Negotiations and English for HR. I have also written intermediate and elementary writing skills courses that I have personally delivered in Russia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. Teacher Education The delivery of EAP, ESP and General English teacher training seminars in Russia and South Africa. Managing the curriculum renewal and writing and associated teacher development projects for the Ministry of Education in the Sultanate of Oman for nine years. Working with a UK ESOL teacher training organisation to gain UK Level 5 accreditation for one of their programmes. Delivered a seminar on the programme at the British Council e-learning conference in Hyderabad in 2011 and other seminars across India. Setting up a Trinity College London TESOL Diploma course for ELT teachers in Italy, in partnership with Sheffield Hallam University. Soft Skills Training The design and delivery of soft skills and language/communication development programmes and coaching sessions to corporate and university clients.
