MODELING OF COMPLEX DEVELOPMENTAL PROCESSES USING VISUALIZATION BUSINESS ANALTIKI.

Abstract: This article details considered and studied by modern means of modeling the complex processes of the organization, the results of which have a significant impact on decision making. Purpose of the article - to show the features of the modern trends of analyzing large amounts of data and modeling their dynamics using tools such as technical and mathematical visualization, as well as specialized cognitive system of computer graphics, such as the various simulators and simulations. The main advantages are the possibility of Visio data representation in the form of variable-structure diagram business processes, adding data cards, but the main strength include synchronized with different types of shapes and graphics visualization of the status of enterprise architecture, and the analysis and manipulation of the organizational structure of the enterprise.

Аннотация: большинство руководителей признает целесообразность делегирования полномочий в процессе управления персоналом. Однако когда речь идет о конкретной ситуации, многие стремятся доказать, что данный механизм неприменим к их участку работы. Главным аргументом при этом становятся жалобы на недостающую компетентность подчиненных. Делегирование – передача другому лицу задач и полномочий, права принимать решения, а также ответственности за их выполнение. О том, как внедрить в организации эффективную систему делегирования, рассмотрим на примере промышленного предприятия в данной статье.

Delegation is the transfer to another person of tasks and powers, the right to make decisions, as well as responsibility for their implementation. About how to implement in the organization of the effective system of delegation, let us consider the example of the industrial enterprises in this article.

ЗНАЧЕНИЕ И СОСТОЯНИЕ АКСИОЛОГИЧЕСКОГО АСПЕКТА МЕНЕДЖМЕНТА ОРГАНИЗАЦИИ.

Аннотация: исследование современного менеджмента показывает, что человек - ключевая фигура управления, выступающая как субъект, объект управления; лицо, принимающее решение; рабочая сила; клиент или предмет труда. Это определяет интерес к системе индивидуальных ценностей человека, лежащих в основе его поведения, мотивации и целеполагания. Ценностно-ориентированное управление учитывает ценности и их использование в менеджменте организации. Однако, пока не заявлено о решении проблемы выстраивания механизма целостной системы управления, ориентированной на реализацию поставленных руководителями стратегических целей при учете того, что в основе процесса целеполагания лежат системы прежде всего нематериальных (философских или мировоззренческих) ценностей лиц, принимающих решения. В статье предпринята попытка обоснования важности проработки этого вопроса.

ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT AXIOLOGICAL ASPECT: VALUE AND STATE.

Abstract: Research of modern management shows that the person is the key figure of management acting as the subject, object of management; the person making the decision; labor; client or object of the labor. It defines interest to system of individual values of the person underlying his behavior, motivation and a goal-setting. Value-oriented management considers values and their use in organization management. However, it isn't declared yet a solution of the problem of forming of the mechanism of the complete control system focused on realization of strategic objectives set by heads at the accounting of that at the heart of process of a goal-setting systems first of all non-material (philosophical or world outlook) values of the persons accepting decisions lie. In article attempt of justification of importance of study of this question is made.

Аннотация: описаны отрицательные последствия воздействия погодно-климатических условий на деятельность промышленных организаций. Некомфортные погодные условия воздействуют на производственно-реализационный цикл, материально-техническую базу, состояние товарно-материальных ценностей, персонал организации и ожидания его высшего руководства. В целом экономические издержки, связанные с противодействием вредному влиянию погодно-климатических факторов, составляют значительную часть затрат предприятий. От эффективного расходования средств в этой сфере зависит экономическая безопасность организации и соответственно общая прибыльность бизнеса.

Аннотация: в представленной работе сформирована организационная схема взаимодействия органов власти с инвестором. Выделен и предложен дополнительный этап, предусматривающий контроль со стороны органов власти за реализацией права на развитие застроенной территории. Рассмотрены основные участники процесса развития застроенных территорий и выявлены их интересы. Цель работы заключается в создании организационной системы управления развитием застроенной территории на основе схемы взаимодействия органов власти с инвестором, которая учитывает интересы основных участников процесса управления.

The additional stage providing control from authorities behind realization of the right to development of the built-up territory is allocated and offered. The main participants of development of the built-up territories are considered and their interests are revealed. The purpose of work consists in creation of an organizational control system by development of the built-up territory on the basis of the scheme of interaction of authorities with the investor which considers interests of the main participants of management process.
