Investment memorandum
Object: The Youth entertainment center on the basis of the Children’s health-improving camp «Elektron».
The project is provided placing of the Youth entertainment center on the territory of Children’s health-improving camp «Elektron» which is situated in 40 kilometres from Baranovichi and in 50 metres from the lake Gat. Reconstruction of 4 exsisting sleeping buildings, dinning room and club building is planned.
The equipped places for a barbecue, a beach, a mooring with boats, parking for motor transport, a volleyball platform are provided on the territory.
The Children’s health-improving camp «Elektron» is a separate fenced territory with an infrastructure. The Youth entertainment center is meant both for residents and non-residents of the Republic of Belarus. Reception of people will be realized on an all-the-year-round basis.
The term of realization of the project is 24 months, required investments are 9 billion rubles.
Participation conditions for project investors are set after object corporatization in the process of joint venture creation (the foreign enterprise).
