International cultural festival «Parade of Cultures» is a new massive and colorful event in the cultural life of Ukraine.
The aims of the festival is to strengthen peace and trust between people of different nationalities, assistance in the development of cultural exchange between the countries, cognition of traditions, ethnic and modern features of the world’s nations.
Festival "Parade of Cultures" is:
ü - Friendly and cheerful atmosphere;
ü - A costumed procession of more than 20 participating countries;
ü - Folk festival and Attractions;
ü -Musical and sport event;
ü - Business communication, and business contacts;
ü - Place of dating, love and freedom;

Dislocations of the festival:
Area № 1 – Kyiv, Obolonskaya Naberezhnaya (pedestrian zone of elite part of Kiev. Here many cafes, restaurants and clubs are situated. On the shore of the Dnieper River the yacht berth is arranged, there is the golf club located near).
Area № 2 – Center of culture and history of ancient Rus "Kievan Rus Park" located on Obukhov district, Kyiv region.
Area № 3 – Kiev, Conference rooms of Hotel “Rus”.

12.00 – 14.00 | Inauguration Day of Kiev and the International Festival "Parade of Cultures." The official part. О The Parade is opened by the performance of drummers and standard bearer. For the time being, the guests of bright performance will plunge into historical era of warriors of ancient martial art of Kievan Rus of 10-11 centuries, and the age of Zaporozhian Cossacks of 15-16 ages. Guests can see the diversity of Ukrainian national costumes during the traditional procession of "Vyshivanki " (colloquial name of a traditional Ukrainian embroidered shirt) Starting of the costumed parade of the participating countries of "Parade of Cultures". With the help of Musical accompaniment, procession will be accompanied by musicians and entertainers. Movement of the column with short stops for the purpose to greet members of countries. Visitors and tourists will be able to see the spectacle of bright national colors of each country, individuality and originality of the national costume, originality folklore of each country. Each guest of the festival and the audience can participate in the final part of the enchanting procession. The main condition - carnival costume. The most original costume will be awarded with a valuable prize. |

10.00 – 19.00 | Championship of Ukraine on historical medieval battle "Call of Heroes" During the day, Brave knights in heavy armor, their battle swords and axes, colorful flags and shields with coats of arms, courage and agility - an unforgettable sight that the guests will see on the festival. Visitors will see a live collection of the world's best horse breeds, will have an opportunity to take a bright photo shoot, will take part in any activities pastime, can ride horses, feel like real soldiers in an Archery shooting range, put on examples of medieval costumes. Visitors can restore their power with the help of tasty and healthy dishes (offered with the surcharge). Festival of Cuisines of the world. Each country is represented at the event, with a separate tent, decorated in traditional style where the cooking is held.
