| Dr. Olena Lazorenko is Director at “International Consulting Company” Ltd. (ICC) Kyiv, Ukraine and Senior Researcher at National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. Public activities of Dr. Lazorenko is including following civil society organization: President of the NGO "League of Professional Women"(LPW) www. lpw. and member of other NGOs. She was SSA Country Consultant to UNDP Bratislava & UNDP New York in 2009. Previously she worked within the framework of international projects of technical assistance (funded by USAID, Know-How Fund) and multinational business organizations at top managerial positions (as Deputy Director, Co-coordinator). Dr. Lazorenko started management consulting & business training activities in 1997 and since that time she has been conducting services in Ukraine, UK and Poland. Her business training/consulting focus there are Human Resource Management, Business Skills Development, Entrepreneurship, Communication, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Inclusive Business Models. Her background is in social science and management. In 1994 she received Ph. D. degree from National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and in 1989 Master degree in Political Science from Shevchenko Kyiv University. Postgraduate courses and trainings in Management and Organizational Behavior in Fuqua School of Business, Duke University (USA); Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, (UK); Lovanium Catholic University, (Belgium), Institute of Banking Education (Slovakia). In 2006 she was first Ukraine Fellow at US Department of State, Fortune’s MOST Powerful Women and Vital Voices Global Partnership, Fortune/State Department mentorship program in the USA. It was opportunity to observe several CSR cases of the US companies from the Fortune 500 List and networking meetings with powerful US persons from White House, Congress, Office of Ministry of Labor, IFC. |
| Rodion Kolyshko In 1998 graduated from Kyiv National University named by Taras Shevchenko, International law department. Master of International Law (with honor). In 2003 Doctor degree, thesis «Decentralization of public power in unitarian state». Stuff lecturer in Institute of International Relations on Comparative Administrative Law, Comparative Social and Labour Law, Comparative Court Systems Law. Since 2005 till present works for Consortium “Industrial group”, Head of NGO relations department. Since 2006 till present – Legal adviser of Confederation of Employers of Ukraine, Member of National tripartite social-economic Council from employers’ side. Also has interests in CSR development. Since 2007 – member of national Mirror committee on ISO 26000 development from Industry stakeholder group. Attended 5-th International conference in Wien regarding the development of ISO 26000 draft. Has several articles on CSR subject printed in Ukraine. |
