The purpose of the present project is upgrade of a site of manufacturing of details from plastics, upgrade of assembly manufacture and mechanical shops that will allow to expand assortment of large-sized details to fixtures of street illumination and luminescent fixtures to reduce energy consumption, to reduce labour input, to lower material inputs, to raise (increase) competitiveness of issued production.

Preinvestment stage. The organization executes preliminary technical and economic calculations, the project, the business-plan is developed, the business-plan has passed the coordination in the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance. The «know-how» and the list of the capital equipment is determined. The investor is required.
