After the module studying a student is to:
know: effective approaches in organizational actions related to social sphere organizations realization; effective methods of managerial decisions-making; tools and techniques of business and personal communications establishing; basics of enterprise activity planning, reserves of motivational styles search;
be able: to search an appropriate niche on social services market and opportunities of new organization opening; to choose an adequate management style, establish industrial contact; to implement in practice the functions of forecasting, planning, organization, motivation, coordination, accounting and control; responsibly and consciously treat to decisions-making

Conflict management and stress prevention. Social responsibility and ethics management.
