Papal visit to the Czech Republic (26th-28th September 2009)
Your Holiness,
the common faithful of the Czech nation are looking forward very much to Your visit to their territory. However, the problem is the Church hierarchy which in the present time, with only few exceptions, is under an anathema. As traitors of Christ and His teaching, they are excommunicated from the Mystical Body of Christ – the Church. Unfortunately, they continue at the posts and show no repentance.
Certainly You have been acquainted with the fact that on the recommendation of Card. M. Vlk a well-known heretical priest, Prof. Tomáš Halík, was granted a high ecclesiastical title of Monsignor. He is the only Catholic priest who is a member of the so-called Committee of Wise Men in the EU. Fr. Halík overtly denies the Resurrection of Christ, promotes syncretism and as president of the Catholic university youth introduces a “new” spirituality through Buddhist meditations, experience of koan, and thus practically carries out a mission of Buddhism in the Czech nation. The young generation is so strongly manipulated by him that instead of being proud of their President, who defends moral laws, they ridicule him. President V. Klaus (16th February 2006) vetoed the act of homosexual marriages and declared clearly: “It is a law which relativizes the relation of the state to the original cell of the society which always was, is and must be the family. Moreover, this law in its essence is a discriminating law.” On 6th May 2009, when the Czech Senate confirmed the Lisbon Treaty (LT), the President publicly announced: “I am going to wait for the result of the repeated autumn referendum in Ireland. I will not sign the treaty until autumn.” He also made a clear speech in Brussels, wherein he pointed out the nature of the EU which covertly liquidates democracy and introduces a totalitarian system. For this speech he won recognition and applause on the one hand and strong opposition expressed by mooing of a number of eurodeputies on the other. The President of the Czech Republic (CR), despite not being a Catholic, defends sound Christian but at the same time universal moral values against extremely intense pressure, and that even on the part of the Czech heretical hierarchy which carries on various campaigns against him. Card. Vlk indirectly termed him a Judas (see aktualne. cz, January 6, 2009), though this title is in fact due to Card. Vlk as he is in unity with the heresy of T. Halík and on 29th June 2008 was excommunicated from the Catholic Church, even though he continues – unlawfully – at the highest post.
Before the presidential election the Catholic priest T. Halík libelled the President in the mass media and supported such man in his place who has no regard either for Christian or even for natural moral principles and approves of homosexuality!
Through the fault of Halík and Vlk the majority of the Czech youth today are unable to distinguish true moral values!
Your Holiness, if You have the courage to come to the Czech Republic in this situation as the vicar of Christ, it will be a gesture of great humiliation and powerlessness on Your part. We have proposed several times that You would rather not go there. Surely, we feel sorry for the genuine faithful who are sincerely looking forward to You; however, we are aware that during Your visit You cannot be silent and have to point out the sin of those who until this time unlawfully occupy the Church posts and abuse them towards decay of the Church and demoralization of the nation! The hierarchy in CR no longer guarantees salvation to their believers. Your Holiness, You apologized in Australia and America for paedophiliac and homosexual priests. the more so You are now forced to humble Yourself again and apologize for all heretics, especially for Card. Vlk, for the Focolare Bishops’ Conference and for the apostate Halík. All these abused the Church office for moral devastation of the Church and nation! Apology to the believers, who are put to confusion by the so-called Church dignitaries and their religious phrases supplying the living Gospel and distorting all moral principles, is a real necessity.
Your Holiness, it is not only in CR but in the whole Church and even in the Vatican that the critical situation has arisen. As from 15th September 2009, the highest Church institution – the college of cardinals – is de facto abolished by reason of their betrayal of Christ and His Gospel.
Certainly, many of the cardinals are not determined heretics, but they fell under an anathema because they were in unity with heresies, similarly to Pope Honorius who, admittedly, did not proclaim heresies but covered them up by his cowardice and so fell under an anathema. Therefore the Council of Constantinople publicly declared him a heretic. To the question what right our orthodox Catholic Synod of the Eastern Catholic Church has to declare these anathemas we give the answer: Every believer has the right to demand the confession of faith from his shepherd. When the Apostle Peter, who had been appointed Head of the Church, was asked by an ordinary servant girl whether he belonged to Christ and he denied before her, it was a betrayal of Christ! How did this first Head of the Church react? He repented. He wept bitterly because he betrayed his Lord (Mt 26:75). Jesus then asked him to publicly confess his love to Him (Jn 21:15-17), and finally Peter completed his repentance by his death on the cross with his head downward. This is the pattern for every hierarch of the Catholic Church, and even for those who have already denied Christ in this critical time. We repeat: Even the most ordinary woman in the parish has a right to publicly demand of any bishop that he confess the faith, and if he does not do so, he is a traitor! This holds true before God as well as before the Church!
Your Holiness, during Your visit to CR You shall meet President V. Klaus. What does God expect from You as from the highest representative of the faith and morals who represents Christ on the earth? Ask Jesus Yourself. We perceive that in this situation You should encourage President Klaus to change his decision. Because he said: “I am going to wait for the result of the repeated autumn referendum in Ireland. I will not sign the treaty until autumn.” The change of decision on his part should be to declare: Even if Ireland should eventually capitulate under moral, economic and psychological compulsion and terror on the part of EU, I shall not sign this Lisbon Treaty anyway! Thus both he and You will in this situation really do the utmost for the sake of moral values of Europe, and history will once highlight this step as an act of extraordinary heroism.
If You meet with Card. M. Vlk, the Focolare apostate bishops or Fr. T. Halík, exhort them to repentance and to voluntary withdrawal from office which they now – as apostates – hold unlawfully.
We take it for granted that the apostates will not concelebrate the solemn Mass which will be officiated by You and we likewise expect that the believers will receive Holy Communion on their knees with respect for Christ present in the Eucharist.
May Your visit, if it will take place, become a truly God’s visit to this morally devastated Church and nation! May You open the door by Your heroic attitude for the spiritual resurrection of this sick heart of Europe!
