An anathema on leading representatives of the papal dicasteries

On 5th July and again on 25th July 2009 the employees of the Vatican dicasteries were appealed to publicly confess their faith and thereafter to transmit this confession of theirs to the Holy Father. They were warned that if they do not do so, they thus make it manifest that they remain in heresy. Unfortunately, the below-named dicastery representatives did not confess the faith and fell under God’s anathema. Before the whole Church we promulgate the names of 44 prelates who are excommunicated from the Church as apostates. It concerns the following persons:

1) Msgr. Luis Francisco Ladaria Ferrer, S. J. – Secretary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith

2) Card. Leonardo Sandri – Prefect of the Congregation for the Oriental Churches, (anathemized on 22nd April 2009)

3) Msgr. Cyril Vasil', S. J. – Secretary of the Congregation for the Oriental Churches

4) Card. Antonio Cañizares Llovera – Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments

5) Msgr. Joseph Augustine Di Noia, O. P. – Secretary of the Congregation for Divine Worship and the Discipline of the Sacraments

6) Msgr. Angelo Amato – Prefect of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints

7) Msgr. Michele Di Ruberto – Secretary of the Congregation for the Causes of Saints

8) Card. Giovanni Battista Re – Prefect of the Congregation for Bishops

We have to point out that as from 16th August 2009, the named prelates administer the sacraments, except for holy Baptism, invalidly. The sacrament of Baptism may be administered validly even by a heretic on the condition that the intention of the Church is kept. If the concerned do not repent and die in the state of obstinacy, they will be eternally condemned. This curse cannot be removed from them even by the Holy Father unless they themselves repent and renounce heresies.
