Brief results of socio-economic development of the district in January-December of 2011

Real sector of economy. Volume of industrial production in January-December of 2011 increased compared to the correspondent period of 2010 by 11,5 % that is conditioned by the increase of production of ready fodder for cattle by 336,9 %.

In the agriculture in all categories of farming there was increased number of sheep and goats (0,7%), horses (0,9%), birds (4,0%), number of cattle, pigs stayed on the same level of the correspondent period of the last year. Increased the production of milk by 5,5 %, meat – by 5,9 %, eggs – by 100%.

Volume of the retail turnover for the report period amounted to 2820,3 mln tenge and increased compared to January-December of 2010. Growth rate of volume of retail turnover on all channels of realization compared to the correspondent period – 113,5%.

Volume of investments in fixed assets in January-December of 2011 amounted to 2260,5 mln tenge. Considering the price index investments in fixed assets increased by 66,4 %. In the structure of investments on the sources of financing means of the local budget takes 17,4 %, own means of the enterprise – 31,5 %, means of the republican budget – 49,4 %.

Commissioning of residential house for the report period compared to the correspondent period of the last year decreased by 25,2 % and amounted 3105 square meters of useful square.

On January 1 of 2012 there were included 177economic and other subjects to the statistic register, including ,0%) small businesses,,4%) medium, 1 (0,6%) large. 60,4% of subjects with the state form of property was registered, with private – 39,6%.

Prices. Index of consumer prices, characterizing the general level of inflation for January-December of 2011 amounted to 107,1%. Prices for foods increased by 5,5 %, non-food goods – by 5,3%, services – by 5,9 %.

Labor market. Number of unemployed on the information of the one-time observation of employment of population in the third quarter of 2011 was 754 people. Level of unemployment achieved 4,7% to the number of economically active population.

Incomes. Subsistence minimum per head and on socio-demographic groups of population in December of 2011 in the district amounted to 15 587 tenge and increased compared to December of 2010 by 22,9 %.

Average monthly nominal wage accrued to the employees for January-November of 53303 tenge and increased compared to the correspondent period of the last year by 18,3 %.
