General requirements to franchise:

Prospective franchise has to be on an adequate finance level. It should possess premises that have to undertake demands given above. There is a number of non-obligatory requirements:

-  working with lingerie experience,

-  retail outlets availability.

Franchise network entry procedure:

Prospective franchise has to provide dimensions, pictures and description of the estimated premises.

Premises have to undertake the following demands:

-  It can be the separate store (premises in the 1st floor, with big patent plates, with independent entrance) or the outlet in the department store with the independent entrance and glass window.

-  Stream of people rate demands our attention. It should be at least 2000 people coming along the store entrance per hour.

-  The building where the store is located should be in the central district of the city, in the main trade streets, or in the pedestrian streets, in the points of transport roots crossing, or in the big dormitory districts

-  The store should have some space for the advertising visuals and POS materials

-  It is important for us to have well known brands close to our store (ZARA, MANGO, MEXX, GUESS etc…)

-  The recommended size of the trade area is 40-120 square meters for the separate store and for the outlet in the department store is 40 – 90 sq. m. The ceiling height should be at least 2.5 meters.

After the premises have been confirmed, Incanto contracts with franchise on construction materials and equipment supply. Franchise has to makeeuro prepayment for construction materials and equipment supplied with franchiser. Approximate cost of construction materials is 200 euro per sq. m., the cost of company equipment is 230 – 250 euro per sq. m. The separate franchise’ expense item would be for repair, transporting, INCANTO banner, lingerie purchase, cash register, consumable and seasoning decoration, posters.

Pending 2 – 3 weeks Incanto makes design project for the approved premises. Franchise repairs the store according to the design project. While repairing Incanto sends all the necessary construction materials and equipment. After repair work is over Incanto makes the invoice for all materials that have been send with prepayment correction.

The approximate necessary lingerie purchase is 100 units per sq. m. The basic order for franchise opening and all the other orders are being made after prepayment. The first order invoice is 13900 – 16650 euro.

There is no admission fee, no royalty, no advertising fee.
