Открытый урок в 6 «А» классе
По теме:
«Что в меню? Заказ блюд в ресторане».
Цели урока:
- обучающие:
-освоить в речи новые лексические единицы по теме «Еда, напитки»;
-освоить клише речевого этикета в ситуации «заказ в кафе или ресторане»:
- развивающие:
-развивать умение самонаблюдения, взаимоконтроля и самооценки;
-развивать воображение при моделировании ситуации общения;
-развивать умение прогнозировать содержание текста по ключевым словам, устанавливать смысловые соответствия;
-развивать умения классифицировать новую лексику.
- воспитательные:
-мотивировать на изучение иностранного языка;
-развивать возможности самореализации средствами иностранного языка;
-воспитывать уважение к традициям питания как части культуры разных стран мира;
-привыкать навыки хорошего тона в поведении в общественных местах.
Задачи урока:
-развитие произносительных навыков учащихся ( в том числе правильного интонирования фразы)
в процессе фонетической обработки новых лексических единиц и речевых клише;
-развитие умений ознакомительного чтения;
-развитие навыков поискового чтения с извлечением запрашиваемой информации;
-совершенствование навыка говорения (с использованием отрабатываемых речевых клише).
Ход урока
1. Речевая зарядка.
Чтение стихотворения, тематически связанного с темой урока “Food. Eating out”.
What are we going to speak about in today’s lesson? Make your guesses!
Слайд 1 – текст, стихотворения, картинки, иллюстрирующие его.
2. Постановка цели и задач урока:
Today we’re going to learn about eating out, the structure of a restaurant menu, the names of some dishes, how to order food when eating out. You also are going to make your own dialogues and act them out in class. (Слайд 2).
3. Ознакомительное чтение. У. с.88, упр.3.
Open your student’s books on p. 88, ex.3. Look at the text and answer my questions.(слайд 3).
Take your pencils and write in the headings in the menu.
4. Активизация новой лексики.
Let’s try and explain the new words in English? Look at the slide slide and read the definitions of the words. (Слайд 4).
Who can explain the words in English?
So, what is a “menu”? What is a “starter”? What is a “main course”? What is a “dessert”?

5. Отработка произносительных навыков лексических единиц, нне входящих в активную лексику.
Now, we are going to play an “Echo” game, Look at the pictures and repeat after me the words you see and hear. Try to copy my intonation, even when it is funny. You are my “echoes”. Let’s have fun!.
Слайд 5. (Vocabulary).
Логическая лексическая игра с целью развития узнавания и употребления в речи новой лексики.
Well, before we go to the restaurant we must remember and learn some things.
Слайд “At a restaurant”. Look at the slide and answer my questions.
What do they call when you come to a restaurant?
Who serves you at a restaurant? (Who brings you the food?)
What does the waiter bring you first of all?
What do you do after that?
6.Развитие умений прогнозирования содержания текста.
Учебник, с.88-89, упр.4а.
Open your student’s books on p. 88,ex.4а. Read the first two lines of the dialogue and answer my questions.(слайд 6).

What are they called?
Чтение текста диалога, сопровождаемое аудиозаписью.
Now, listen to the dialogue and look into the text at the same time. After that answer the questions.
7.Поисковое чтение. Учебник, с.89.
Раздаю упражнение на отдельных листах (Приложение1). Учащиеся подписывают листок.
Here is an exercise for each of you to do. Sign your name on the sheet of paper. Now, read the task. Is the task clear? You read the dialogue and mark the statements as True, False or Not Said
Now, take the pencils in your hands. Don’t forget to mark the part of the text which helps you to find the correct answer! After you do the exercises, you’ll check them and get a mark. You”ve got 5 min. to the task.
8. Организация взаимопроверки работ учащихся.
Let’s check your answers! Mark the correct answers with “pluses” and incorrect answers (if any) with “minuses’. Look at the board. You’ve got 2min. to check and mark the works.

9. Отработка речевых клише, используемых при заказе еды в ресторане. Отработка интонационного рисунка фраз.
Now, we are going to learn some phrases which people use to oder food at the a restaurant.
These phrases are universal, you can use them in any café, restaurant when you are eating out.
First, phrases to suggest food. Look, listen and repeat after me.

Then, phrases to request food (to ask for food). Look, listen and repeat after me.

10. Составление в группах своих диалогов с использованием зрительной опоры (незавершенных речевых клише).
So, you have the menus, you know how to order food at a restaurant.
Now, you are going to make your own dialogues “Ordering Food at a restaurant”. Here are the phrases you can use. ( The teacher distributes the hand-outs with the set phrases). They are not completed. You choose what you are ordering, using your own menus. You’ve got 5 min. to make up your dialogue and to practice it. After that you’ll play your dialogues in front of the class. You are going to get a mark for your performance.

11. Разыгрывание составленных диалогов.
Now, you are ready to start. Team one, come up to the board. Act out your dialogue, please.
Team two, role-play your dialogue, please.
12. Объяснение домашнего задание.
