Presentation of theory and practical tools needed to succeed in legal field in the conclusion and execution of contractual obligations.

Business owners; managing directors; heads of services and departments; lawyers; accountants; other professionals involved in contract conclusion.

Overview of key theories by types of contracts.

Consideration of practical civil requirements to contracts, as well as consequences for failing them.

Simulation of real-life situations with regard to specific activities of seminar listeners.

2. Conclusion of a Contract.

These include Junior Partner of KMGC Legal Firm, Executive Director at Sapienti Group, Head of the Executive Board at the Kazakhstan Association of Independent Directors, and member of the Board of Directors at the Kazakhstan National Company “SPK “Saryarka.

Zhanat Alimanov currently teaches Corporate Law, Entrepreneurial Law, Contract Law and Civil Law.
