1. Запоминаем правило:

Неопределенные местоимения SOME, ANY, NO употребляются перед существительными, обозначающими людей, животных, предметы, вещество, когда нет точного указания на их количество.

    Местоимение SOME употребляется в утвердительных предложениях:

There are some mice in the cage.

There are some parrots on the tree.

There are some pets at home.

    Местоимение ANY употребляется в вопросительных и отрицательных предложениях:


Are there any mice in the cage?
There aren't any parrots on the tree.

Местоимение NO употребляется только в отрицательных предложениях:

There are no mice in the cage.

There are no pets at home.
