Exhibition participation cost:
- Rent of 1 sq. m. of the equipped standard stand with module structure (list of equipment provided
according to the stand size is attached) costs : 260 Euro
- Rent of 1 sq. m. of non-equipped stand for self-construction costs: 220 Euro
- Registration fee for each applied company is: 250 Euro
Should the rented surface either be situated in the centre of the exhibition hall or the stand should have an angle configuration, the amount of rent to be increased by 20 percent. Should both options be selected, the increase of charges to be 35 percent.

1. Parties’ obligations
ORGANISER is obliged :
1.1 In 5 days after the receipt of the contract-application, signed and stamped by the PARTICIPANT, to sign, stamp and send the contract-application back to the PARTICIPANT by either fax or scanned E-mail.
1.2 To come into agreement with the PARTICIPANT on the location of the stand before 15 June, according to the
announced surface, and to send an invoice for a payment.
1.3 The general cost of the participation is to be defined by an invoice that is an obligatory part of the confirmation
of contract application.
1.4 As soon as the preliminary payment of 25% of the invoice is paid, to register the PARTICIPANT and to fix the
location of the stand.
1.5 According to the contract-application to include into the Catalog the information, submitted by the
PARTICIPANT.
1.6 To make all the necessary steps for the accreditation of PARTICIPANT and to provide all the paid services,
according to the contract-application.
1.7 To provide the PARTICIPANT with the surface of the stand agreed and paid. The ORGANISER reserves the
right to change the place of a stand, in a case of either serious organizational or technical problems, provided
that the PARTICIPANT is to be informed immediately.
1.8 Before the closure of the fair to provide the PARTICIPANT with the originals of a contract-application, paid
invoices and a stand acceptance report.
PARTICIPANT is obliged
1.9 To pay 25 % of the total cost of invoice either before 15 June 2015 or in 5 days after obtaining it. This payment
serves as a guaranty for the fixed place for the stand and cannot be paid back.
1.10 To pay to the ORGANISER the rest of total cost of invoice before 10 October 2015.
PLEASE NOTE, FOR THE FINAL VALIDATION OF YOUR PAYMENT, THE ORGANISER SHOULD RECEIVE AT HIS BANK ACCOUNT THE FULL AMOUNT SHOWN IN THE INVOICE. ALL THE BANK OPERATIONAL CHARGES MUST BE PAID (LOCALY AND IN MOSCOW) BY THE PARTICIPANT.

1.11 To send to the ORGANISER full text for the Catalogue before 01 October 2015
1.12 To submit to the ORGANISER the final schema of stand with standard and additionally paid equipment (if any)
and a logo design for frieze panel of the stand before 10 October 2015. Otherwise, a stand will be constructed
according to general type and the freeze panel will bear the sign of the company taken from the contract -
application.
1.13 All the advertising and information activities have to be undertaken within the framework of the agreed and paid
surface of the stand. Timing of these activities to be agreed with the ORGANISER in advance, keeping in mind
the “silence period”. The height of the advertising materials at the stand should not exceed 2,5 m.
1.14 While advertising and information activities are implemented, the sound level should not exceed 70 dB.
1.15 At the last day of the fair to present the stand and the equipment in good conditions. To pay damage of
equipment and furniture, if any.
1.16 To observe all the rules of fire safety and to be responsible for the violations of these rules.
1.17 Do not dismantle the exposition at the stand before the official closing of the fair.
1.18 To sign and to send to the ORGANISER not later than 5 days after the end of the fair, all the documents
related to the implementation of services provided.
2. Parties’ rights and responsibilities
2.1 If the preliminary part of invoice is not paid in time, the ORGANISER has the right to use the reserved stand surface at his discretion.
2.2 All the individual stand designs, changes in stand schema, as well as bookings of additional equipment
are to be submitted to 25 days before the exhibition opening, otherwise the prices for works and
services to be increased by 30%.
2.3 If the sound level during the advertising and information activities at the PARTICIPANT’s stand exceeds 70 dB,
the ORGANISER has the right to prohibit repetitions of these events.
2.4 The refusal to participate in the fair has to be submitted to the ORGANISER officially by fax or E-mail.
2.5 Should the refusal be received by the ORGANISER before 30 October 2015, the paid amount of money to be reimbursed in one month, deducting 25% of the total cost of participation.
2.6 Should the refusal be received by the ORGANISER after 30 October 2015, no reimbursement to be paid. The ORGANISER takes the responsibility to publish in the official Catalogue the information submitted by the PARTICIPANT and to send one copy of the Catalogue.
2.7 Should the PARTICIPANT not occupy the stand by the fair opening time, the ORGANISER has the right to use the stand at his discretion.
3. Final conclusions
3.1. All the cases, that are not covered by the present contract-application should be resolved according to the
current legislation of the Russian Federation.
3.2. The contract-application is valid as from the date of the final signature up to the date of discharge of obligations
by both parties.
3.3. The documents sent either by fax, or by E-mail should be considered as originals.
