To reduce stress, Conflict frustration and other emotional disorder though effective psychological counseling.

To increase the happiness and efficiency of armed force by providing psychosocial environment.

To promote the feeling of self esteem, self responsibility towards their job..

To motivate emotionally and psychologically to the disturbed personnel's towards positive goal and peaceful life.

To provide to assistance for well social adjustment.

Methodology

The above mentioned objectives will be achieved through Observation, interview, case study (history )counseling and psychological testing methods. Counseling will provide to those clients who felt needy themselves and those who are identified by observation and interview methods.

Strategies

A. To Provide awareness in Psychological counseling..

B. Interviewing method will be applied to the target group to find out their needy problem.

C. Counseling will be provided to those people who show the system of psychological problem.

D. On the counseling period different psychological test like, TAT, case history and other kinds of psychological methods will be used for problematic individuals.

E. Continuous (follow up )counseling will be done to the clients.

F. Different meditation methods will be provided to the problematic individuals.

Out come

Psychologically problematic individuals will be benefited through this methods and people will also aware about psychological counseling and behavioral problem. This method will help to reduce the medical patients in hospitals. Which gives a big relief to our National medication problem. The counseling method will be carried out on integrated approach with hospital or medical treatment centers.
