Competition Terms and Conditions

1.  Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within these Terms and Conditions for this competition form part of the conditions of entry.

2.  By entering the competition, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

3.  The Prize Draw competition will run from 8am Western Australian Standard Time (‘WST’) Friday 24 July 2016 to 6pm WST Friday 30 September 2016.

4.  The competition is only valid at Daimler Trucks Perth. To qualify for entry into the competition entrant must purchase spare parts with a minimum value of $500 per transaction and per person from Daimler Trucks within the competition duration dates.

5.  1 Prize forms part of the competition. Prize is a 188 piece Typhoon Toolbox valued at $850.00. The prize does not include any other costs exceeding these specified amounts. Any additional costs are to be at the expense of the winner.

6.  Each customer who purchases parts from the value of $500 in one transaction from Daimler Trucks Perth will automatically be entered in the draw to win. Entries into the competition will be helped by one of our parts staff and will be provided to the customer once payment has been processed.

7.  The Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. All unclaimed prizes will be automatically forfeited and not available if sought to be claimed later.

8.  Entry is open to residents in Western Australia only. Employees of the promoter, the promoter’s associated companies, the promoters agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

9.  Entry is open to people 17 years and over with a valid & current driver’s licence.

10.  One winner will be drawn from the entries submitted. All entries will be collated and the winner will be drawn at the premises of Daimler Trucks Perth 4 Ulm Place, Perth Airport WA 6105. The winner will be drawn at 10am Monday 3rd October 2016 from all eligible entries received up & until 1pm Saturday 1st October 2016. The winner will be notified by phone on Monday 3rd October 2016 from a representative at Daimler Trucks Perth.

11.  The customer will be required to visit the Daimler Trucks Perth dealership, on a date to be determined by Daimler Trucks Perth, to be presented with the prize and have photos taken. It is the responsibility of the winner to collect their prize prior to 5.30pm (WST) Friday 18th October 2016. No cartage expenses are included in the prize. The winning entrant must provide photo identification to the promoter before being entitled to claim the prize.

12.  Daimler Trucks Perth does not accept responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.

13.  Entrants must agree to make themselves available for any reasonable publicity requests made in relation to this competition without charge and at a time specified by Daimler Trucks Perth. Daimler Trucks Perth have the right to use such publicity photos, voice recordings, competitors name in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit.

14.  Entry into this competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. The promoter’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoters reserve the right to limit entry or amend rules if considered necessary without notice.

15.  The promoter of this competition will collect your name and contact details in order to include you in this promotion and may contact participants for the purpose of this promotion.
