Booking for 4 days Spiritual Residential Camp at Rishikesh – 12th Nov. (Saturday) – 15th Nov. (Tuesday) 2016

1.  Vivek Niketan Educational Trust invites you to a Spiritual Camp being organized at Vanprastha Ashram, Baba Kali Kamli Wala Panchayati Kshetra, Rishikesh, Uttrakhand-249304, from 12th Nov. (Saturday) – 15th Nov. (Tuesday) 2016 (upto 10:00 p. m.). The Camp will be the seventh in a series of such like Camps proposed to be organized by Vivek Niketan and will have Lectures by Acharya Shivender Nagar on Srimad Bhagwad Gita, Chapter VI (Dhyan Yoga).

2.  CHARGES: The Camp is fully residential and charges includes lodging and boarding from 12th Nov. (Saturday) – 05th Nov. (Tuesday) 2016, as per the following details:

{extra per person in deluxe AC Kothi - Rs. 4,000/-}
{extra children (10 – 15 yrs) in deluxe AC kothi - Rs.2500/-.
VII.	*AC Single Room for single occupancy	6,500/- per room
VIII.	*AC Single Room for two persons	8,000/- per room
IX.	Extra for Children (Age: 10 – 15 yrs)	2,000/- per child
X.	Extra person / bedding/ driver/ servant	2000/- per person, in all category

Ø  The booking will be confirmed only with 100% advance payment at the time of registration The Bus facility from Haridwar to Rishikesh, on the basis of actual expenses incurred, will be available for passengers arriving at Haridwar Station by Shatabdi Express on 12-11-2016.

Ø  *Booking of AC Categories will be subject to availability.

Ø  Participants are requested to leave the Ashram on 16th November, by 07.00 A. M.

Ø  The camp will conclude at around 10.00 PM on 15th November.

3.  We will try our best to satisfy your special request for booking of the room(s), unless some unforeseen circumstances arise.

4.  Suggested train : You can book your ticket from Haridwar junction to Delhi by train on 16th November, as per schedule below :

Terms & Conditions:

Ø  Most senior or persons with any physical problems, can either choose room at Ground Floor OR English WC rooms (only one choice will be accepted).

Ø  Booking can be made through Cash / Cheque / Draft, payable in favour of Vivek Niketan Educational Trust (Regd.), drawn on a local bank (Delhi / New Delhi) or payment through NEFT (Canara Bank A/c No. 2416201001120, IFSC Code: CNRB0002416, Branch – Kingsway Camp, Delhi-9).

Ø  Participants are requested to extend their full co-operation and to maintain discipline, cleanliness, regularity, punctuality in attending all the lectures of Acharya Shivender Nagar including Question Answer Sessions, Morning Prayers and Bhajans etc. Every Sadhak is supposed to follow the Ashram rules and regulations details of which are available in every room. Participants are supposed to keep their rooms neat and clean.

Ø  They should bring with them a copy of Srimad Bhagwad Gita, a Torch and a Lock, Plate/Spoon/Glass/ Knife, Multi-plug, Bed Sheet and Blanket, Light Winter Cloths, Cloths for Ganga Snan, and regular / primary medicines, apart from any other article of your requirement. Utensils, if required, can be hired from Vanprastha Ashram Stores at your own cost.

Ø  Every participant shall be responsible for his/ her belongings. Trust will not be responsible for any loss / theft in any way.

Ø  REGISTRATION: The registration commences on 26th Jan 2016 on a first come first served basis since the accommodation at Vanaprastha Ashram is limited.

Ø  Final decision of allotment is reserved with the Allotment Committee of mittee decision will be final and binding and shall not be challenged in any way.

Ø  VNET Allotment Committee reserves the right to cancel or change the category of rooms.

Ø  Participants are also requested to give details for their drivers & servants. In case the drivers / servants are accommodated in the premises, the charges will be at Rs.2,000/- per person. Drivers & servants without payment will not be allowed.

Ø  Single booking / registration of maximum 8 persons is allowed.

Ø  SECURITY DEPOSIT: Rs.500/- per room to be deposited at the time of booking towards the Articles of Ashram, which shall be refunded at the time of checkout from the Ashram.

Ø  TRANSPORTATION: The participants are expected to make their own arrangement for transport up to Rishikesh and back. Trust will not be responsible for any transit risks, except the bus facility will be available on chargeable basis, from Haridwar station to Vanaprasth Ashram, Rishikesh. This facility is available only for passengers arriving by Shatabdi train arriving at Haridwar Station on 12-11-2016. Charges will be on the basis of expenses incurred for arranging the Bus.

Ø  CANCELLATION: Cancellation of registration is valid only with a written request or e-mail sent on e-mail of VNET i. e. *****@***com

Ø  100% booking amount will be refunded, if the request for cancellation is received before 11th October, 2016. 50% booking amount will be refunded, if the request for cancellation is received before 21st October, 2016. No Registration / Cancellation will be accepted after 21st October, 2016.

Ø  The booking for A. C. Deluxe Kothi / A. C. Cottage / A. C. Rooms, will be subject to availability.
