IGM – EGM module in csav website

IGM – EGM MODULE IN CSAV WEBSITE

This is another feature which enables the customer to track the container status basis the IGM / EGM number. The below is the highlighted area where the module will work.

The entire process is explained in the step by step basis, which is mentioned below.

Step 4

Note: In order to arrive at this data, we need to locally combine 2 tables of the database for each IGM and EGM. Then only we can work on this module, the tables for both are:

IGM Details can be extracted from: The name of the tables are:

edi_igm_cntr : The details pertaining to Container No. edi_igm_cargo : The details pertaining to IGM No, Line/SMTP No, Manifested BL No, EDI Serial No.

The common fields in both the tables are EDI Serial No., basis this info we can combine both the tables and extract the info as desired.

EGM Details can be extracted from: The name of the tables are:

edi_egm_cntr : The details pertaining to Container No.

edi_egm_master : The details pertaining to EGM No, Shipping Bill No, EDI Serial No etc….

The common fields in both the tables are EDI Serial No., basis this info we can combine both the tables and extract the info as desired.

The Screen will start with the below mentioned lines:

MV. “…………………….” Voy – “……” IGM No. “………”

The above Vessel has arrived at “…….” On “………..” with Import Cargo.
