PRIVATE CRAFT Centre berth £26.68 per m2 + VAT

(LOA x BEAM) Quayside berth – 25% addition £33.37 per m2 + VAT

Pontoon berth £142.06 per linear metre + VAT

Use of Dinghy Rack Ashore £40.04 per annum + VAT

PASSENGER VESSEL LICENCE

UNDER 50 PASSENGERS £4213.41 per annum + VAT

OPEN FERRY BOATS £126.61 per annum + VAT

FISH LANDING DUES & WHARFAGE Fish landing dues at 4.3p per £1.00 value landed.

(Inclusive of berth charge and water)

Wharfage at 2p per £1.00 value to include fish and

shellfish brought onto the Harbour by road. (VAT exempt).

LEVY OF 2% ON ALL EARNINGS OF FISHING VESSELS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN FISHING

CASUAL ENTRY DUES The normal rate of casual entry is £2.97 per m2

per week, plus VAT daily rate being 1/7th of weekly

rate.

A concessionary charge of £20.00 incl. VAT for an

inclusive period of 3 calendar days may be available for

vessels on passage provided they satisfy the following

conditions.

(a)  That it is a vessel’s first visit in any one year

1st April – 31st March

(b)  The vessel does not remain in Harbour more

than stipulated 3 days.

(c)  Accounts are fully paid before departure.

COMMERCIAL FISHING On having landed fish commercially and in

VESSELS ONLY commercial quantities no charge will be made for less than 36 hours. Vessels not landing fish or vessels staying longer than 36

hours after landing fish, casual dues would be paid at the current rate of £2.97 per m2.

LAID UP DUES £2.97 per m2 per week (LOA x BEAM) plus VAT.

MINIMUM LANDING DUES MFV’S - £2898.18 per annum

Cobles & Fast Potters over 6.10 metres overall

£1738.91 per annum.

Cobles & Salmon boats less than 6.10 metres

£579.63 per annum (VAT exempt) payable in arrears

1st April to 31st March.

WHARFAGE CHARGE £15.90 per lift up or down be imposed on all mobile cranes or lifting gear operating on Bridlington Harbour + VAT.

PORT SERVICES

Tractor Hire (plant & labour) £42.08 per hour or part thereof incl. VAT.

Salvage Pump (plant & labour) £42.08 per hour or part thereof incl. VAT.

Static Crane (plant & labour) £62.60 per lift S. W.L. 5 ton incl. VAT. No charge for landing debris.

Winch (plant & labour) £42.08 per haul incl. VAT.

Slipway Charge £10.15 per vessel under 6.10 metres overall + VAT

£13.03 per vessel over 6.10 metres overall + VAT

Fresh Water £7.90 per tonne. Small tanks to be supplied at

£1.50 per tank, and to be paid for at the time of

delivery, without invoice. VAT exempt.

ICE ACCOUNTS £30.29 per bin + VAT

£5.46 per box + VAT

FUEL SURCHARGE 0.2% + VAT levy on total invoiced sales of fuel delivered within confines of harbour.

LABOUR CHARGE £18.17 per hour or part thereof + VAT

HARBOUR WORKBOAT £111.46 (including 2 crew) per hour or part thereof + VAT

OIL SPILLAGE CLEANING CHARGE –

N. B. PLEASE NOTE ANY POLLUTION NOT CLEANED IMMEDIATELY WILL BE CLEANED BY HARBOUR STAFF AT THE APPROPRIATE SCALE OF CHARGES IN

ADDITION TO THE FULL COST OF EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS USED. CONTRACTORS CHARGES WILL BE PASSED

ON IN FULL.

PARKING 8.00 a. m. – 6.00 p. m. £1.00 Per Hour

6.00 p. m. – 8.00 a. m. £1.00 All Night

UNAUTHORISED PARKING A charge will be imposed.

BOAT HOIST CHARGES

Any vessel with a permanent berth in Bridlington Harbour Charges relating to West End & Clough Hole Storage of Vessels, Cradles and Trailers	Remove/Return (Under 25T) Remove/Return (Over 25T) R & R within the same day, if remaining in the strops & not chocked. Jib Vessel Maintenance Facility	£90.86 + VAT each way £90.86 + £3.00 per tonne + VAT each way £61.78 + VAT £12.47 + VAT £2.97 per m2 per week. (Commercial vessels only. Three initial weeks free of charge only between 1st October & Easter). £7.23 per day or part day thereafter + VAT. Surcharge if failure to clean up after themselves will be imposed at the discretion of the Chief Executive
Any vessel not having a permanent berth in Bridlington Harbour	Remove Return Jib	£181.72 + £3 per tonne + VAT £181.72 + £3 per tonne + VAT £12.47 + VAT Any vessel not returning to the water on the date stated by the owner/skipper will incur a £50 per day excess on top of the storage charge of £2.97 per m2 per week + VAT

NON BERTH HOLDERS ACCOUNTS MUST BE SETTLED BEFORE VESSEL IS LIFTED

LATE ARRIVAL OR CANCELLATION OF THE LIFT WITHOUT SUFFICIENT NOTICE

WILL, INCUR A PENALTY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE.

ANY OPERATION INVOLVING PRIVATE CRAFT AND RESULTING IN MORE THAN

1 HOUR A SURCHARGE WILL BE IMPOSED OF £25.00 PER HOUR OR PART THEREOF

PLUS VAT.
