5.  The next steps

Following receipt of this form:- 1 – we will assess whether the flood damage to your property meets the criteria for the Property Level Resilience Grant 2 - if you have an insurance company involved, we will contact them to assess whether their specification can be adjusted to include any approved resilience measures. 3 – if you are not claiming through insurance, we will undertake a survey of your property to identify the appropriate resilience measures for your property that would be eligible for the Property Level Resilience Grant. We will then provide assistance with completing the grant application based on the results. This survey is at no cost to you. 4 – we will aim to make a decision on a grant application as soon as possible.
