Resole Rebates

Resole Rebates are special coupons that are earned by guests for qualifying purchases of shoes or flip flops and may be used on purchases of shoes or flip flops.

How to earn a Resole Rebate

·  Resole Rebates are earned by guests who spend at least $50.00 on regular-priced shoes or flip flops.

·  Guests also earn an additional $5 in Resole Rebates for every additional $50.00 spent on regular-priced shoes or flip flops.

·  For example, if a guest spends $100.00, he gets $10 in RR; $150.00 earns $15 in RR; etc. There is no cap.

Guests do not earn resole rebates if:

a.  They are purchasing sale shoes

b.  They use a Resole Rebate on their purchase

c.  They use a coupon on their purchase

Redemption of Resole Rebates

·  Resole rebates may be used on a guest’s shoe purchase on a future date after it is earned.

·  They may be combined with other resole rebates or coupons, but they may only be used on purchases of shoes or flip flops.

·  Although resole rebates are not earned for the purchase of sale shoes, they may be used on a purchase of sale shoes.

Team Leader Instructions

·  When a guest earns a resole rebate, the team lead must fill out the information on the back of the card, to include guest #, invoice #, and date.

·  When a guest wants to use a Resole Rebate, the team lead must first verify that the card’s information from its issuance is filled out on the back, and the cashier must record the guest #, invoice #, and date of redemption in the bottom fields on the back of the card.

·  When two or more Resole Rebates are being redeemed at the same time the team lead is to verify at least one of the resole rebates. To verify the resole rebate go to quick recall enter the original transaction number. (If the original transaction number is from another store you will need to change store location in your quick recall.)

·  After completing the transaction, a receipt should be printed and stapled to the Resole Rebate to be sent to corporate.
