18.06. 2016 Open D – Blitz chess competition, swiss system, 9 rounds, open to any player, regardless of age;
Under the auspices of the International Festival “Open Iasi” 3rd edition will be held following competitions:

28.06.2016, Iasi Kindergarten Individual chess championship (Open J)

01.06. 2016 Iasi Rapid Chess Championship, swiss system, 9 rounds, for players under 11 years old (born after 01.01.2005) (Open M)
03.06.2015, Iasi Chess Neighborhoods Semifinals (Open N)
04.06.2015, Iasi Final Chess Neighborhoods (Open O)
Players will present new books legitimation visas (annual, medical and Elo in 2016).
The tournament will take place after the FIDE rules and will be registered in Romanian Chess Federation and FIDE sporting rules and approval obtained to calculate ELO and CIV.
The game system: 90 minutes for 40 moves + 30 min (OK) + 30 seconds increment for each move.

Prizes are guaranteed no metter the players number and their distribution is shown in Annex
Romanian tax fee will be aplied for the prizes above 600 RON. (16% tax fee)

Children medalists to CN Practical Chess Final 2016 and seniors >60 years old - 25% discount in Open A, B
Accommodation: 1. Tudor Hostel 2 *: 30 lei / day
2. Teachers Hotel 2*+ T. Vladimirescu: 45 lei / day
3. Sport Hotel 2*: 45 lei / day
4. Hotel Dorobanti 3* (accommodation + 3 meals): 25 euro / day
5. Hotel Moldova 3* (accommodation + 3 meals): 38 euro / day
Meals can be served or held anywhere in our town charges 14 Euro / day (restaurant)
