& WORLD CUP ROCK'N'ROLL YOUTH/JUNIORS, B CLASS 23.04.2016 KRAKOW - POLAND

Dear Rock’n’Roll Friends,

Enclosed you will find invitation papers for Top Ten World Rock’n’Roll Acrobatic Cup Main Class & World Cup Rock'n'Roll Youth/Juniors, B Class which will take place on April 23, 2016 in Krakow – Poland.

·  Top Ten World Rock’n’Roll Acrobatic Cup Main Class: there is limitation in the number of participating couples to top ten couples from World Ranking List Main Class and extra two couples from the organizer invitation. In the event that couple from top ten ranking list resigns from the start in competition, or if it doesn`t achieve effective registration, then next couple in ranking can register to start. For the top ten couples we offer: free accommodation, meals, pick up service, starting fee, gifts and cash prizes.

All nominations (couples, coaches) has to be announced by national WRRC member, via the WRRC on-line registration software. Any personal or clubs nomination will be treated as void, please respect the deadline April 2, 2016.

·  World Cup Rock'n'Roll Youth/Juniors, B Class: there is no limitation in the number of participating couples per country. Each country has 1 coach ticket for 1 category. If you announce more than 4 couples per 1 category, than you have one coach ticket for each 4 announced couples in this category. All nominations (couples, coaches) has to be announced by national WRRC member, via the WRRC on-line registration software. Any personal or clubs nomination will be treated as void, please respect the deadline April 2, 2016.

The deadline is important for the announcement of your couples as well as for the hotel reservation.

In order to avoid any misunderstanding regarding the rules valid for World Cup Rock'n'Roll Youth/Juniors, B Class, please read the available information from WRRC.

There are available places in the Hotel and Hostel next door to The Competition Sports Hall in Krakow, but number of this places is limited. 

So If you wish to stay in this Hotel or Hostel - make your reservation very early.

TRAVELLING BY PLANE  The John Paul II International Airport in Balice is located 15 km (approx. 10 miles) from the city centre (city bus transportation - Bus # 152, 208 and D). The Polish Airlines LOT offers direct flights from Krakow to Frankfurt, London, Paris, Rome, Vienna and Zurich. Transit via Warsaw to Cracow from: Amsterdam, Bangkok, Berlin, Bonn, Brussels, Budapest, Cairo, Chicago, Copenhagen, Damascus, Dubai, Dusseldorf, Helsinki, Hamburg, Istanbul, Kiev, Larnaca, Los Angeles, Lvov, Lyon, Miami, Mediolan, Minsk, Moscow, Munich, Nice, New York, Oslo, Peking, Prague, Riga, St. Petersburg, Stockholm, Stuttgart, Tel Aviv, Toronto, Vilnius. Polish Airlines LOT also provide flights from Cracow to Gdansk, Poznan, Szczecin and Warsaw. Air France, Austrian Airlines and Swissair also land at Balice airport. 

RAILWAY  Direct international railway connections to Krakow from Austria (Vienna), the Czech Republic (Prague), Germany (Berlin, Dresden, Frankfurt/M, Frankfurt/O, Leipzig), Hungary (Budapest), Romania (Bucharest), Slovakia (Bratislava, Kosice), Ukraine (Kiev, Lvov, Odessa). Krakow is also linked with all other main towns and cities in Poland. The Inter City train trip to Warsaw takes 2.5 hours.

CAR  Krakow is located close to important roads, highways and at the cross-road of E 77 (linking the North with the South) and E 40 (linking the West with the East). One may also travel to Krakow along the A 4 highway running from the West through Silesia.

For those who will come directly to the competition, the registration will be on Saturday from 8.30 till 9.00 in the competition hall. Krakow, Kolna St 2

The hotel and student home personal will require your passports, so please prepare them arriving to the hotel.

Polish currency is "ZLOTY" - PLN (1Ђ = 4, 15 / 4,20 PLN) which is the only valid currency in our country.

To make your payments easier, you can pay everything connected with a competition with Ђ.

The competition will begin at 10.00. The hall will be opened from 8.30 for competitors and trainers, and from 8.15 for competitors, who did not register on Friday.
