ü  Conference registration fee covers: conference proceeding and program, access to conference sessions, coffee breaks and lunch during November 9-11, and banquet.

·  Every conference paper requires at least one regular conference registration. In the case that one author have multiple conference papers, he should pay registrations for every paper.

·  Registration for conference papers should be done by September 4, 2016.
