Обсуждается возможность управления процессом выравнивания жесткости корпуса по высоте и тем самым уменьшения внутренних потерь в насосе типа НШ-У, увеличения его долговечности при помощи лазерной обработки поверхности корпуса насоса в зоне верхних втулок и шестерен, проведенной без оплавления поверхности.

Ключевые слова: лазерная обработка, равножесткость, оплавление, деформация (не більше п’яти слів).

The possibility of the process control of alignment rigidity body on height and thereby to reduce the internal losses in the pump-type NS-I, increasing its durability by means laser surface treatment of the pump in a zone of upper hubs and gear-wheels carried out without flash-off of a surface is discussed.
