Ход урока:

I. Организационный момент

III. Cообщение целей и задач урока

Today we are going to prepare for the test. We shall remember the poem, some grammar rules, do different exercises.

At the beginning of the lesson I want you to remember the poem about the whale.

The Whale

One, two, three, four, five,

Last month I caught a whale alive,

Six, seven, eight, nine, ten,

Then I let it go again.

Why did you let it go?

Because in bit my finger so!

What finger did it bite?

The little finger on the right!

Look at these words caught, bit. How can you translate them?(поймал, укусил)

What tense is it? (Past Simple)

And today we are going to speak about Past Simple tense.

Tell me about Past Simple. (как образуется, когда происходит)

1)  Match the verb forms: V1 and V2
