Тема: Виды жилья.

Задачи: совершенствование навыков устной речи, лексических навыков.

Воспитательные задачи: прививать эстетику, здоровый образ жизни.

Развивающие цели: расширение кругозора учащихся.

Ход урока:

1.Организационная беседа:

Glad to see you! Let’s start. To begin with, I should say, our home is the most important thing in the world. We’re going to speak about it at the lesson and find out what houses are the best and why, and present your houses and flats. It doesn’t really matter whether your house is large or small, whether it is of a modern or old design – it always remains the place you are most concerned about. I’m sure, that it’s not the size of the place… but the way you feel about it.

2. Речевая зарядка:

a) What types of houses do you know?

b) Is there a lot of space in your house?

c) Do you think your house needs any renovation?

d) Would you like to be the owner of a mansion?

e) Do you have some privacy?

f) What types of houses do most people in Belarus live in? What houses are typical for Britain?

g) What type of house do you live in? What rooms are there?

3.Обсуждение пословиц:

-  There is no place like home.

-  Men make houses, women make homes.

-  My house is my castle.

You know your home is the place you want to stay as long as possible and where you always want to return.

4. Учебный разговор T - Cl: описание типов домов:

Say what type of house it is.

P1: I think number 1 is a cottage because it is a small house usually with a garden.

Advantages and disadvantages of living in such houses.

Would you like to live in a period house? Let’s have a discussion. There are the houses with history, charm and warmth.
